Voting Machines Being Used In Fayette County PA Are Not Counting GOP Votes — The County Is Using Dominion Machines

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Election officials in one Pennsylvania County are working around the clock to try and solve an issue with voting machines that are currently rejecting ballots. And, as you probably already guessed, the ballots being rejected are from the Republican Party.

According to Gateway Pundit, voting machines in Fayette County are only rejecting those ballots cast by members of the GOP, according to Chris Varney, Judge of Elections. Oh and take a wild stab at what kind of machines are being used.

If you said Dominion machines, you’d be absolutely correct.

At first, Varney thought maybe there was an issue with the barcodes located on the ballots, but since it’s only GOP votes having the issue, that can’t be the problem. Very strange, right?

So what, exactly, is the problem? That’s not clear as of the writing of this article. However, in the meantime, election officials are trying to collect Republican ballots and are now storing them in the back of the voting machines.

Looks like we’re going to be headed down a similar road like the one we all traveled in November. How are these Dominion machines so buggy? If they are this terrible, why are they still being used (see here)?

Fayette County began using these machines early last year.

Pittsburgh CBS reported that, “Numerous voters have contacted KDKA, reporting that their Republican ballots were not accepted.”

“The Fayette County Bureau of Elections has confirmed that precincts across the county are having issues with machines not scanning bar codes on all ballots, for both Republicans and Democrats,” the report continued.

“Hutchison Elementary School, the polling location for South Union Township’s 3rd voting district, was among those having issues on Tuesday morning,” CBS said, adding, “Chris Varney, Judge of Elections says they were initially under the impression that it was a problem with all ballots, but then determined it was only a problem with Republican ballots.”

An update provided by the same news network is saying that the Fayette County solicitor has stated that courts have now granted an emergency petition, which essentially means that all the ballots that have not been scanned will be counted by hand by the judge of elections at every individual precinct after the polls are closed.
