Bureaucrats Tell Navy SEALs They’re ‘Undeployable’ If They Don’t Get COVID-19 Vaccine

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Vaccine mandates have overtaken all branches of the US military since the FDA’s approval of the Pfizer vaccine last month. Navy SEALs have been told that if they refuse to be inoculated, they won’t be eligible for deployment even if they have been approved for a religious exemption.

Lawyers representing the SEALs have claimed the number of SEALs refusing the jab is in the hundreds.

“What they’ve been told is if they apply for a religious accommodation, they will no longer be deployable,” R. Davis Younts, who is representing seven SEALs and is in talks to take on approximately 20 others, told The Epoch Times.

Attorney Timothy Parlatore, who represents several SEALs and other service members, has said the same ultimatum has been presented to his clients as well.

Not only are SEALs being told they will not be deployed if they refuse the vaccine but some have even reported being sent home mid-deployment over their refusal.

In a document signed by Capt. Liam Hulin given to the SEALs, it says any special operations personnel, including Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen “who refuse to receive the COVID-19 vaccine based solely on personal or religious beliefs will be disqualified from [special operations] duty.”

“This will affect deployment and special pays,” the document also states. “This provision does not pertain to medical contraindications or allergies to vaccine administration.”

If that isn’t religious discrimination, we don’t know what is.

However, religion isn’t the only reason many SEALs aren’t lining up for the shots. Just like millions of other Americans, many of these service members believe they have natural immunity to the virus after having it and recovering. As real science tells us, natural immunity is far superior to any Big Pharma vaccine.

“These guys are not anti-vax, they just—given the extraordinarily low risk of COVID to them and the substantial risk of unknown long-term effects of the vaccine—they aren’t comfortable with it right now,” Parlatore told The Epoch Times.

The loss of these SEALs could be devastating to the elite force which has 2.450 active-duty members but no progress has been made in convincing military leaders to ease up on the tyrannical orders.

The SEALs aren’t alone in this fight. All US military service members were ordered to get vaccinated by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin after the Pfizer vaccine received approval from the FDA in August.

While the Department of Defense has previously stated that exemption requests would be honored, there were no exemptions included in the mandate handed down to the Navy from Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro on Aug. 30 and sailors were told they would face punitive measures should they choose not to comply.

Younts is pursuing religious exemptions for his clients, while Parlatore is primarily focusing on medical exemptions.

Meanwhile, Pastor Jeff Durbin, who heads Apologia Church in Mesa, Arizona, is ministering to some of the SEALs. He says that while some SEALs have complied with other vaccine requirements in the past, they are concerned with a lack of safety data, particularly regarding long-term effects.

“They see this as a violation of the government’s responsibilities and role in terms of being able to mandate a new technology that’s never been employed before with very suspicious, and even alarming safety data,” Durbin told The Epoch Times.

Naturally, the federal government is insisting the vaccines are “safe and effective” though it’s obvious they are not effective and their safety remains highly questionable. Tens of thousands of Americans have experienced serious side effects, some permanent, while thousands of others have died after being fully inoculated.

“Whenever there’s something like this, where they provide very little information about the safety of the vaccine, and instead just threaten everybody ‘take it or else,’ that causes natural resistance,” Parlatore said. “Don’t forget, this is the same community that was given the anthrax vaccine without proper safety protocols, which a judge ended up stopping. So DoD, unfortunately, hasn’t built up a lot of trust with forcing people to take relatively new vaccines.”

Nobody should be forced to take these vaccines against their will. Period. This is tyranny and Americans must stand strong against it. Do not comply. Do not back down.
