(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Looks like Big Pharma has some concerns about the safety of their products that they’re not being upfront with the American people about. What a shocker.
A report by Reuters on Thursday asserts that several COVID vaccine manufacturers are starting to get concerned about the implementation of their experimental shots on migrant populations.
Why would that be, you might be asking. Well, refugees and migrants aren’t beholden to any territorial laws and could technically sue Big Pharma companies over adverse events experienced after taking the COVID jabs.
The Reuters article, titled “Refugees lack COVID shots because drugmakers fear lawsuits – documents,” explains, “Tens of millions of migrants may be denied COVID-19 vaccines from a global programme because some major manufacturers are worried about legal risks from harmful side effects, according to officials and internal documents from Gavi, the charity operating the programme.”

The UN admits that most countries are under contract with Big Pharma that requires immunity from any legal ramifications regarding potential negative health consequences connected to the “vaccines.”
In the US, Big Pharma simply cannot be sued when someone is injured or killed by their vaccines. They’re immune from it. The federal government protects them. Just like other country’s governments do around the world.
It’s a total racquet. Big Pharma has essentially been given a free license to test and experiment on humans with virtually no ramifications. There is the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) but it only tracks reported events. Victims of Big Pharma can attempt to get compensation for their injuries or death but guess who gets to decide whether or not the vaccines were the cause of the alleged injury or death? If you guess Big Pharma, you’d be correct.
It looks like Big Pharma not only does not want to fully stand behind their products but they can’t. They know the vaccines are dangerous. That’s why they don’t want to open themselves up to the barrage of potential lawsuits that could come should refugees and migrants be subject to their shots.

According to a 2020 CNBC article, “In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s ‘willful misconduct’ by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.”
Dallas, Texas labor and employment attorney Rogge Dunn noted at the time, “It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed. Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.”
What’s more is the FDA, which approved the vaccines for emergency use, and employers that mandate the jab as a condition of employment, are also protected from lawsuits by law.
So, your employer can force you to get vaccinated to keep your job and if the vaccine causes you to develop an irreversible condition, such as myocarditis, or causes you to die, there’s nothing you or your family can do about it. Companies can literally get away with murder, in essence.
In September, Gavi’s CEO Seth Berkley told Joe Biden’s Covid-19 Summit that he thinks manufacturers should “waive the requirements for indemnification for the humanitarian buffer, which is a lifeline to refugees…”

So, in short, Big Pharma is only willing to force their shots on people from whom they are immune from legal ramifications should things go horribly wrong (like they currently are). The sickos in charge of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies don’t want to make their products, which are supposedly the answer to COVID, available to the world’s most vulnerable people because they aren’t guaranteed a shield from legal liability.
What a complete sham. Big Pharma knows their vaccines are not “safe and effective” but they still want us to believe they are.
