Justice Alito Cancels Appearance… Moved To An Undisclosed Location

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – According to a report published by The Western Journal, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is paying a hefty price for daring to boldly author a draft opinion concerning the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which was leaked last week.

Apparently, Alito, for the sake of his own personal safety, has been moved to a location that will not be revealed, according to the folks over at Breitbart.

Just last week, Alito canceled an appearance he was scheduled to make at the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals’ judicial conference. While no official reason was given for the sudden cancellation, it followed hot on the heels of heated protests that popped up after the opinion was leaked.

“On Saturday, protesters demonstrated outside the homes of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts,” the report said. “Escalating protests came amid escalating rhetoric from Democrats.”

“This is 50 years of rights in a leaked opinion where Justice Alito is literally not just taking us back to the 1950s, he’s taking us back to 1850s,” Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota stated on Sunday, according to The Hill.

“Last week, a bill titled ‘Supreme Court Police Parity Act,’ was introduced by Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas, according to Fox News,” the report revealed.

“We must act to ensure justices and their families are protected from those who wish to cause them harm by extending Supreme Court police security to family members,” Cornyn had stated.

As more polarization started taking shape, a few folks came out and asked for people to remain calm, however, their pleas were met with scorn from many abortion advocates.

“[N]o one should be threatening violence against a Supreme Court justice or against any member of Congress,” Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut went on to say , according to a report from USA Today, saying that “any threats of violence are beyond the pale.”

The draft opinion, which was first published by Politico, stated that “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” which is what the vast majority of American conservatives have been saying from the get-go.

It should be common sense, but a person does not have the right to kill someone due to poor life choices they themselves made. That’s what abortion advocates are all about.

The draft opinion then went on so that the Roe v. Wade decision, along with a subsequent decision that was made in 1992 called Planned Parenthood v. Casey, were both wrong.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Alito stated. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”
