(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Once again, the Supreme Court has decided not to hear a 2020 election lawsuit brought against Vice President Mike Pence, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, 291 House members and 94 senators, after a petition to reconsider was filed just a month ago. Are we ever going to get to the bottom of what happened during the last presidential election? The future of the republic hangs in the balance, the most important battlefield being that of the electoral system, and we need to know if it has been compromised.
Natalia Mittelstadt writing for Just the News said, “The lawsuit alleges the respondents violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before accepting the electoral votes on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be “fraudulently” inaugurated.”
“The court held a private conference Friday to vote to reconsider whether to hear the case, releasing its decision Tuesday. Four of the nine justices must vote to hear a case for it to move forward,” she wrote. “After the Supreme Court initially declined on Jan. 9 to hear the lawsuit filed by Raland J. Brunson. He filed a petition on Jan. 23 for reconsideration.”
Then, on Feb. 1, the court decided to schedule a conference for reconsidering the petition on Friday.
“2nd Petition denied,” Brunson stated in a post published on his Facebook account Tuesday. “Moving on to plan C. I will say more about that within the next few days.”
Brunson then revealed there are other strategies that he can pursue, noting that his overall goal is to make sure that “everyone in this nation will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the candidate of their choice will be bound by their oath to protect the rights and freedom of the people they represent.”
In his petition for reconsideration, Brunson attempted to make the case that there should be a penalty for violating oaths of office, otherwise, they are “not binding.”
“Brunson and his three brothers were all concerned about the 2020 election being rigged, according to their website, and Brunson worked with two of them to file his lawsuit. Brunson is representing himself, rather than hiring an attorney,” Mittelstadt’s report concluded.
Measures must be taken to ensure that our country’s voting system is not compromised and that every vote, every voice, is heard. Otherwise, our great nation will cease to exist.
