(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Joe Biden has been failing the US in the few short months he has been in office. We all knew it was going to be a disaster but nobody could have predicted just how fast America would fall.
As his regime creates one crisis after another, Biden is focused on implementing the radical left’s progressive and demented social agenda which includes the promotion of reality-denying transgender issues.
Instead of ensuring that America has a strong and stable backbone, Biden and his fraudulent administration are obsessed with promoting “equality,” “women the workplace,” and granting trans-identifying individuals special privileges.
It truly is a circus and, make no mistake about it, the rest of the world is laughing.
Joe Biden and his regime are hyper-focused on ensuring that biological men who claim to be “transgender” are granted the right to use facilities designated for women, such as bathrooms, locker rooms and even showers.
Despite supposedly being all for women’s rights and protections, Biden has no problem pushing for special rights for “trans” women (biological men) who demand all of society play along with their delusions.
In January, Biden signed an executive order titled, “Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.”
“Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.” Biden’s order said. Of course, the very premise of this order is completely flawed.
No children are denied access to any of those things. The problem is that the parents of these children are demanding that the rest of the world play along and pretend their children are the opposite gender from which they were born.
They don’t like that the world and science deny the fact that their child is “transgender” so they’re demanding inclusion for their children where they don’t belong in the name of “equality.”
This isn’t just limited to young school children. One private Christian college in Missouri filed a lawsuit against Biden asserting the overreach was victimizing women, girls and people of faith.
The College of the Ozarks sued Biden and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in April, arguing that the US government cannot compel private faith-based schools to allow men and women in the same dorms.
A federal judge, however, ruled this week in favor of the Biden regime saying that the Christian college must allow biological males to share dorms and showers with women. It should come as no surprise that the judge, Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri, is an Obama appointee.
Should the College of the Ozarks violate the order they could face six-figure fines as a penalty.
The Washington Times reported that after Judge Ketchmark heard arguments from both sides on Wednesday she announced that she was denying the college’s request to issue an injunction against the Executive Order.
The order, which segregates dorms and restrooms based on a person’s gender identity rather than their biological gender, will allow biological men to share women’s dorms and even shower with women.
“After careful consideration of the law … the court denies the plaintiff’s motion for temporary restraining order and injunction,” she said from the bench. “The court does find that the dispute is not justiciable.”
The college plans to file an appeal but it’s pretty clear that Judge Ketchmark is a progressive activist who’s using her position to push the radical left’s deranged agenda.
