(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Last week, Biden’s corrupt DOJ took their efforts to intimidate and cancel election audit efforts around the country and specifically in Arizona, where the country’s largest audit has been underway for weeks.
On Friday, Attorney General Merrick Garland warned that they will be targeting anyone who gets involved with election audits as they see fit and proceeded to announce that they will be putting forth federal guidelines for audit processes.
The audacity is truly astounding.
The good, freedom-loving folks of Arizona have not taken too kindly to the AG’s threats and have been pushing back in an effort to remind the AG and the DOJ of their place, which isn’t meddling in state election affairs.
Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers shot back on social media that Garland and his DOJ thugs better not think about touching Arizona ballots unless they want to “spend time in Arizona Prison.”
The free state of Arizona will not tolerate this federal meddling. https://t.co/1O7ieEEnVR

You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison. Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism. The Justice Department is one of the most corrupt institutions in the USA.https://t.co/Jl2pKNpfJR

This week, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich sent a letter to Garland explaining that for him and Arizona officials, this is not a game and he is “not amused” by the AG’s “posturing.”
He also vowed to “protect state sovereignty.”
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich steps up big time to support the AZ Senate. Sends letter to AG Garland saying “My office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing.” Brnovich says he will protect state sovereignty.

In his letter to AG Garland, Brnovich stated that Garland “made troubling comments” regarding states’ efforts to ensure election integrity and said that the statements “displayed an alarming disdain for state sovereignty as defined under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution and the election provisions in Articles I and 11.”
He blasted a May 5 letter from Pamela Karlan of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, saying, “This letter appeared more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law.”
Brnovich told Garland that his “office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections.”
He vowed that he and his office “stand ready to defend federalism and state sovereignty against any partisan attacks or federal overreach.”
Brnovich also gave Garland a little crash course in Civics saying that he needs to “remember that the states created the federal government, not the other way around.”
He explained that the country’s founders “intentionally restrained the federal government’s constitutional boundaries to ensure each state could flourish in unique ways.”
He goes on to say that while today’s federal government may have forgotten about the intentions of the Founders, his office “has not.”
Brnovich stressed the importance of election integrity and called elections the “cornerstone of our republic.” He noted the prevalent “mistrust in our elections” and said that this “should not be a partisan issue.”
“States can and should take every opportunity to reassure all citizens that their vote counts.”
In his closing, he makes it clear that he and the state of Arizona “will not sit back and let the Biden administration abuse its authority, refuse to uphold laws, or attempt to commandeer our state’s sovereignty.”
Hats off to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich for unequivocally standing with the state Legislature and Arizonans.
