(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Despite the fact that Kamala Harris finally visited the border this week, the Biden regime is, without a doubt, not going to be doing anything or taking any action whatsoever to fix the historic crisis.
Harris continued to blame the Trump administration for the crisis and seemed less than enthused to be in Texas.
Meanwhile, Biden is still paying contractors along the border to essentially sit and watch materials that should be used to finish Trump’s wall.
Apparently, Biden is afraid someone might come along and steal the materials, which, given the current state of affairs along the border, is a very real possibility.

Breitbart reported on this back in March and it appears that nothing has changed and we can expect nothing to change in the future.
Breitbart reported that the “pause on construction of the border wall costs taxpayers about six million dollars per day while construction sites sit idle.”
At that time, the pause on construction was only a 60-day pause and was scheduled to end on March 21. That was 3 months ago and nothing has changed. The wall is still not being completed and construction sites continue to sit idle, costing American taxpayers $6 million per day.
During Biden’s flurry of executive orders shortly after taking office, he ordered the temporary pause on the wall “so individual contracts could be evaluated.”
All work was brought to a halt, with the exception of “make-safe” activities and early on in the pause a spokesperson for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) told Breitbart that contractors could expect a final decision “sometime after the 60-day pause concludes.”
It appears that contractors are still waiting for this “final decision” though we all know the wall construction will never be restarted by Biden’s regime.
This appears to be another facet of the border crisis that is just going on unaddressed.
It’s absolutely remarkable that after 3 months, contractors are still hanging in the balance and the wall sits unfinished as illegal aliens flood across our border.
Which, the Biden administration ironically has used as an excuse as to why they aren’t focused on bringing resolution to the wall.
Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, said back in March, “We are on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years,” and that was taking priority over the border wall.
If only they would just finish the wall, they wouldn’t have unprecedented numbers of illegal aliens along the border attempting to avoid arrest. There would also not be a steady flow of unaccompanied children being trafficked across the border.
Should the Biden regime ultimately conclude that they will be terminating contracts and leaving the wall unfinished, which is likely, there will be even more expense for US taxpayers.
Not only will we have to foot the bill for the unfinished wall but we can also expect to foot the bill for all of the social services and aid being used by illegal aliens who have flooded into our country.
This is “building back better?”
