(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – In 1970, Congress passed the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) into federal law for the purpose of combating organized crime in the US. It allows for prosecution and civil penalties for racketeering activity performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
One could easily make the argument that what went down in the 2020 US presidential election falls under the RICO Act. It’s become evident that many of the same shady and criminal activities were seen in many, if not all, of the contested battleground states.
Could this really be just a coincidence or was there a concerted, organized effort spanning across state lines to usurp the election from the will of the people?
It certainly would appear as though these activities were well-planned and executed and seems unlikely it was all just one big coincidence. Somebody organized this massive effort and all those who took part are guilty of racketeering.
Just shortly after the sham 2020 election, President Trump’s Director of the Office and Trade Manufacturing Policy, Dr. Peter Navarro, released highly comprehensive charts (view here) detailing the shady activities that occurred across multiple states.
Among the problematic areas in each of the states, he listed absentee ballot abuses in these states, which President Trump predicted would be a problem while campaigning ahead of the election, along with several other fraudulent activities.
Dr. Navarro went as far as to list the estimated and the actual number of ballots associated with each of the fraudulent activities and compared those numbers against the margins given to Biden during the election.
Dr. Navarro put together the best list of election problems possible but since then, even more fraud has come to light.
The Gateway Pundit has suggested a few more activities that should be on the list. Firstly, the problem of lost, stolen and/or suspiciously transferred USBs was a problem in several of the contested states such as Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin.
These USBs were either mysteriously lost, observed by eyewitnesses and being improperly used, or were transferred from one official to the next in a problematic way. The USBs certainly seem to have been problematic during the election and have been exposed as a means to inject manipulated data into the election systems.
The presence of SQL software is yet another issue that has since been exposed (screen shot here). This software, which allows for individuals with the proper access, to go into the election machines and literally manipulate data real time. The SQL software was found on machines in Michigan and Pennsylvania and is likely on the machines in Georgia and Arizona.
One major issue across nearly all the contested states is the issue of missing chain of custody documentation which is legally required for all ballots. This alone should have disqualified hundreds of thousands of ballots across several states and yet nothing has been done about it to date.
Then there’s the incredibly suspicious ballot drops that happened overnight while Americans were sleeping on Election Night. These massive drops all seemed to be synchronized and happened around the same times in various states.
How can anyone deny that what happened in the 2020 election was part of an organized, criminal effort to steal the election?
If that doesn’t qualify as a RICO case, what does?
