(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took action on Tuesday to block the names of the 13 U.S. service members who were killed during a suicide bomber attack outside the gates of the international airport located in Kabul, Afghanistan, from being read on the House floor, once again proving that the left has no love for our men and women in the military.
According to the Gateway Pundit, there were quite a few folks in Congress who were not pleased with this decision, including Congressman Gimenez, who said, “How badly do Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats want to cover up this Afghanistan debacle? They just blocked Members of Congress from reading the names of the service members who sacrificed their lives in Afghanistan last week.”
“Don’t you think our military deserves better?” the congressman added.
Rep. Brian Mast took an opportunity to say a few words to the Floridian Press, saying that Pelosi refused to recognize the fallen members of the Marines.
“We gaveled in, had a prayer, said the Pledge of Allegiance, took a moment of silence with pretty much all Republican veterans, then asked to be recognized to read names and bring up Afghanistan legislation. They did not acknowledge us, and just closed the House down,” Rep. Mast recounted.

There were 11 men and 2 women who died in that blast last week, all because of mistakes made by Joe Biden. This is why so many folks are now demanding that this guy step down from his position.
But that’s not all.
Another report from GP has revealed that Democrats have blocked legislation that was put forward to help rescue the Americans who were left stranded by Afghanistan by the Biden administration.
“The legislation would have also funded an accounting of the billions of dollars of military arms Joe Biden and the woke US generals left behind for the Taliban extremists,” the GP report stated.
“Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) today slammed House Democrats for blocking the House from passing his legislation that would have required the Biden Administration to produce a plan to get stranded Americans out of Afghanistan,” the report continued.
“Gallagher joined a group of House Republicans in requesting this bill be passed by Unanimous Consent but had his request rejected on the House Floor,” the report added.
“House Democrats have had not one, but two opportunities to join House Republicans in supporting legislation to hold this administration accountable and do whatever is necessary to save lives. Both times, they declined to join our efforts to do so. This is unacceptable,” Rep. Gallagher went on to say. “American lives are on the line and we have a moral obligation to do everything we can to get them home. Congress cannot sit on the sidelines while hundreds of our fellow citizens have been left behind enemy lines.”
Gallagher’s bill would do the following:
-Demand a plan from the Biden Administration to bring Americans home
-Request an accounting of all the equipment left behind
-Require transparency on any deals or agreements made by the Biden Administration with the Taliban
-Establish a sense of Congress that that Taliban should not be recognized as the government of Afghanistan
-Prohibit any federal funding or sanctions relief to the Taliban
We need to get our people back home immediately. That’s the only way that Biden can even remotely fix this situation. Even then, it’s too late to save his presidency. It’s time for Biden to step down.
Yes, that means Kamala Harris will take his place. And yes, that’s bad. But we have to start ensuring that the radical left pays for actions like this. It brings closure to the families who lost loved ones in that explosion, and that itself is worth it.
