(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – New reports are coming out detailing how pilots who have taken the experimental COVID-19 vaccine could potentially die right in the middle of a flight due to the adverse heart side effects, according to a senior U.S. Army flight surgeon who issued a warning about this possibility in an affidavit against Joe Biden and his administration.
According to the Gateway Pundit, recent data published by the Center for Disease Control shows the development of myocarditis or pericarditis, which is a rare heart inflammatory issue, is directly correlated to receiving a second dose of the jab.
Dr. Grace Lee, CDC safety group chairwoman, recently admitted that “clinical presentation of myocarditis cases following vaccination has been distinct, occurring most often within one week after dose two, with chest pain as the most common presentation.”
“Not only are airmen irrefutably at risk of dying during flight after receiving the COVID mRNA gene therapy injections, Lt. Col. Theresa Long contends, but the Department of Defense has abandoned its routine protocol of conducting MRI scans on the pilots following vaccination during the COVID pandemic,” the Gateway Pundit reported.
“Without MRI scans, used for diagnosis, detecting disease detection and treatment monitoring, there is no accurate evaluation of the vaccines’ effects on the airmen,” the report said.
Dr. Long, who is the medical professional responsible for certifying the fitness of over 4,000 flight-ready airmen at the 1st Aviation Brigade located in Ft. Rucker, Alabama, is now urging Biden to toss out the vaccine mandate for federal employees, including the armed forces.
“The majority of young new Army aviators are in their early twenties. We know there is a risk of myocarditis with each mRNA vaccination,” the colonel went on to say in the affidavit. “Vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna both have been linked to myocarditis, especially in young males between 16-24 years old.”
By forcing members of the military to put this vaccine in their bodies, knowing it can potentially be fatal, is absolutely unethical and also puts the airmen who have a natural immunity against the illness in serious danger.
“It is reasonable to conclude that these shots pose a serious risk to many humans due to direct adverse effect or allergic reaction,” the affidavit continues. “The use of force to administer a medical treatment or therapy against the will of a mentally competent individual constitutes medical battery and universally violates medical ethics.”
“Literature has demonstrated that natural immunity is durable, completed, and superior to vaccination immunity to SARs-CoV-2,” it adds.
The affidavit from the Army flight surgeon is part of a pending civil lawsuit that has been filed by a group of military staff sergeants who are seeking a preliminary injunction against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate, which is totally unconstitutional.
Sgt. Daniel Robert of the Army, along with Sgt. Holli Mulvihill of the Marine Corps, are now requesting “a declaratory judgment that the DoD cannot force them to take a COVID-19 vaccination under existing military regulations, federal regulations, federal law, and the U.S. Constitution.”
“Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock are named as defendants in the suit. The Biden administration has yet to provide a response to the complaint,” the GP report said.
However, the U.S. District Court for Colorado turned down the case back in August, but did invite the plaintiffs to present some additional evidence that proved the jab results in “irreparable and immediate harm.”
“She’s under a bit of pressure, as you might expect because her testimony has caught fire. We’re going to have flight crews die in the air, and that’s the worst thing that could happen in her mind as a flight safety officer,” Dr. Long’s attorney Todd Callender went on to tell the folks over at the Washington Times.
This affidavit is “the equivalent of the FAA’s flight surgeon saying we should get all of our pilots to go through an MRI for their hearts, except in her case the pilots carry around real ammunition,” he stated. “We’re not looking for damages,” he added. “All we’re asking is for the court to stop the shots until we figure out why we’re using investigational new drugs under emergency use.”
According to a new poll that was recently conducted by the military advocacy group Blue Star Families, 53 percent of active-duty personnel, veterans, and spouses refuse to receive the COVID jab, stating they have safety concerns about its development.
The Biden administration’s vaccination mandate could end up being the greatest threat to our national security in United States history. “As members of the armed forces warn they will leave the military service if forced to take the COVID vaccine, compliance with the vaccine mandate could be a death sentence that would also leave US national defense in shambles,” the report continues.
“Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) introduced legislation HR3860 in June, which would ban any mandatory vaccinations for U.S. military members,” it adds.

As of right now, this legislation has only managed to get the support of 23 GOP House co-sponsors. Everyone should be on board with this, especially if they claim to be a conservative that believes in personal choice on medical treatment or prevention.
