(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Democrats are evil. They shamelessly support abortion rights for women up until a baby is born, as they believe that is the point in time when the baby magically becomes a human. Many of these Democrats also claim to be adherents of Catholicism despite the Catholic Church condemning the practice.
Nancy Pelosi is one such Democrat. She plugs her Catholic faith when it’s convenient for her while completely ignoring it’s tenets.
One Catholic Bishop in San Francisco, Pelosi’s home district, has come out and strongly rebuked members of Congress who claim to be Catholic but are also supporting the latest attempt to codify Roe v. Wade.
It even sounds a lot like Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone called Nancy Pelosi a “devout Satanist.”
The bill Cordileone spoke out against is the so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act” (HR 3755) which passed the House last week, The bill would essentially give women the right to murder their unborn babies up until birth and would do away with conscience protections for healthcare workers who do not wish to participate in life-ending medical procedures.
The bill would also prohibit any kind of restrictions or limitations on abortions such as waiting periods, ultrasounds, and state laws banning the practice.
Those in Congress who oppose the bill have appropriately named it the “Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act.” It’s truly a reprehensible bill for our federal government to be considering and Archbishop Cordileone did not hold back when he spoke out against it.
“It is especially shameful that any self-professed Catholic would be implicated in such an evil, let alone advocate for it. […] This proposed legislation is nothing short of child sacrifice, and clearly in reaction, among other things, to the recently passed Texas Heartbeat bill. […] Indeed, HR 3755 is surely the type of legislation one would expect from a devout Satanist, not a devout Catholic.”
Did he just call Nancy Pelosi a “devout Satanist?” Sure sounds like it and he isn’t wrong.
Pelosi announced the vote on the bill not long after the Texas Heartbeat Act went into effect at the beginning of September. She even gave remarks in support of the heinous bill.
We all know how Pelosi loves to speak “as a Catholic” even when opposing the Catholic Church’s belief in the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. Pelosi pretends she has more authority and clout within the Catholic Church than the actual Pope who has made it clear that abortion is murder.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Church has taken the stance that abortion, the intentional taking of the life of a preborn baby, is “gravely contrary to the moral law,” a teaching which “has not changed and remains unchangeable.”
Pope Francis has also spoken out against abortion last month, reinforcing a point he originally made back in 2018. He essentially said that obtaining an abortion is equivalent to hiring a hitman.
“It’s a homicide,” he said, according to The Pillar. “No middle terms. Whomever does an abortion, kills.” Cordileone made reference to these remarks in his statement.
Despite the strong rebuke, Nancy Pelosi is not backing down from her pro-infanticide agenda. She casually responded to the Archbishop’s remarks saying, “It’s not our business how other people choose the size and timing of their families,” according to Newsweek. “What business is it of any of us to tell anyone else what to do?”
When it comes to killing unborn babies in the womb, it’s none of Congress’ business but when it comes to COVID, it’s “comply or lose your job.” The hypocrisy is never-ending with these psychopaths.
Fortunately, the pro-baby murder bill is not likely to pass the Senate but we can expect abortion zealots in Washington to continue pushing this agenda no matter what their supposed moral authorities have to say about it.
