(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Brand new reports have started to flood in revealing the truth of what really happened behind viral video footage that shows a parent from Loudon County, Virginia being arrested while at a school board meeting.
According to the folks at Infowars, right after Scott Smith was arrested at a school board meeting in Loudon County back in June, the encounter itself started making headlines, appearing all across the country.
Our oh-so wonderful attorney general, Merrick Garland, actually cited this alleged violent parents at this particular meeting as the reason for calling upset American parents to be treated as “domestic terrorists,” in a DOJ letter.
However, if folks were finally made aware of the truth concerning the reason Mr. Smith was so angry, it’s safe to say that most folks would probably understand his anger and would have to admit they’d likely do the same thing.
A piece published by The Daily Wire, explained that the reason for the encounter at the school board meeting was because his freshman daughter was molested in a school bathroom by a male-to-female transgender student who was clothed in a skirt back in May.
Elizabeth Lancaster, who is Smith’s attorney, told the conservative news outlet that the trans boy was “charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.”
“According to the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office and Lancaster, another girl was allegedly sexually abused by the same transgender student just last week,” Infowars said in its report on the incident.
“When Smith originally learned of his daughter’s sexual assault, he went to the campus, raged at dismissive school officials and had the police called on him,” the report continued. “What set Smith off at the school board meeting where he was arrested was when the school claimed it had no record of any rape occurring in relation to transgender bathroom policies at the school.”
The same liberal prosecutor who made sure the book was tossed at Smith over what transpired at the school board meeting allowed the trans student to go to another school located in the district, where he committed another act of sexual abuse.
Just moments before he was arrested, another parent then accused Smith’s daughter of lying about the rape incident.

What’s truly disgusting about this is how far the left is willing to go to protect a criminal simply because they belong to one of many protected groups who have been afforded more rights than everyone else. This student was allowed to get away with rape simply because he identified as a transgender individual.
This is exactly the concern we’ve been talking about ever since this strangeness started spreading like wildfire across the U.S. If you’ve never thought about homeschooling or private school, now’s the time to do so.
