(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – It was only a matter of time before the Biden regime started going after honest reporters and journalists who do their jobs and expose the truth about what’s really going on in America.
No doubt, Project Veritas reporters and, especially, founder James O’Keefe have been on the regime’s radar for a long time.
Last Thursday, the homes of two former Project Veritas reporters were raided by the FBI and on Saturday, O’Keefe’s home was ambushed and also raided, all in connection to an investigation regarding a diary belonging to Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s daughter.
O’Keefe has explained that he was awoken to the sound of FBI agents fervently banging on his door very early Saturday morning. After answering the door, he was thrown up against a wall, handcuffed, and forced to stand by while agents confiscated many confidential reporter notes and his phone, which contains sensitive source details.
“There were 10 FBI agents with a battering ram… they turned me around, handcuffed me, and threw me against the hallway. I was partially clothed in front of my neighbors,” O’Keefe explained during an interview on Fox News.
“They confiscated my phone, they raided my apartment. On my phone were many of my reporter’s notes, a lot of my sources unrelated to this story, and a lot of confidential donor information to our news organization.”

The FBI is reportedly attempting to recover the diary belonging to Ashely Biden though O’Keefe insists Project Veritas handed it over to authorities some time ago after being unable to verify that it did, in fact, belong to Biden.
Looks like they got the verification they needed right from the FBI. If O’Keefe did have possession of this diary, let’s hope he at least took pictures before handing it over.
The heavy-handed approach on the part of the FBI to recover said diary has caused great concern for O’Keefe over the unprecedented violation of his First Amendment rights.
“Journalists everywhere have to rise up,” O’Keefe insisted during his Fox News interview, “because we broke no laws here. If they can do it to me, they can do it to anybody.”
Prior to his Fox News interview, O’Keefe released a statement regarding the FBI raids connected to the diary. He accused the Southern District of New York for now having “journalists in their sights for the supposed ‘crime’ of doing their jobs lawfully and honestly,” adding, “Or at least, this journalist.”
He claimed the FBI was attempting to silence him and prevent him from defending himself citing the cover letter for the Grand Jury Subpoena he received as evidence.
“The Government hereby requests that you voluntarily refrain from disclosing the existence of the subpoena to any third party,” the cover letter reads. “While you are under no obligation to comply with our request, we are requesting you not to make any disclosure in order to preserve the confidentiality of the investigation and because disclosure of the existence of this investigation might interfere with and impede the investigation.”
This is a scary attack on free speech and journalism in America. The Biden regime will not tolerate dissidence.
