COVID TYRANNY! New York Bill Would Allow Gov. To Detain Anyone Considered To Be Public Health Threat

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Tyranny continues to thrive in America under the guise of public health safety. In the liberal dystopian hell that is the state of New York, new legislation is being introduced that will allow the government to forcibly detain anyone, without trial, who is believed to be a public health threat.

The proposed bill, A.416 (screen shot here), is being worked on by the New York state legislature and is one of numerous COVID restriction and vaccine mandate bills set to be voted on during the next legislative session starting on January 5th.

Looks like New York is planning on 2022 to be the year they finally snuff out freedom for New Yorkers and go full-blown tyrannical.

According to the bill’s text, it would “allow the governor or the appropriate health official to order the removal and detention of any person afflicted with a communicable disease in the event that there is a state of health emergency declared by the governor in relation to such disease.”

“[A]ny person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegate shall be detained for as long as the department may direct,” subdivision 3 of the bill further states.

You’d think this bill would be enough for the state’s power-hungry officials but you’d be wrong. There’s a whole slew of bills up for vote in the next session that would give the legislature and executive branch unprecedented power and control over the lives of New Yorkers in violation of basic human rights.

The scary part is, New York is just paving the way for the rest of the country to follow suit.

Bill A.8378 would require students to be vaccinated against COVID before attending school, A.279 would require healthcare providers to report the vaccination status of adults ages 19 and up to the department of health or a regional “health information organization” which would essentially establish a statewide vaccine database.

The fun doesn’t stop there. A.2240 would make flu shots mandatory for children attending daycare while A.8398 would eliminate religious exemptions for certain students and limit medical exemptions by local governments.

But wait, there’s more. A.3192 would allow children 14 and over to give consent to vaccination whether or not their parents agree and A.822 would permit children to receive STD treatments without parental consent or knowledge.

To top it all off, New York State Assemblyman Patrick Burke (D-Buffalo) has proposed legislation that would allow insurance companies to deny COVID treatment coverage to unvaccinated people.

Only those who have been injected with the COVID vaccines to prevent COVID will be allowed to have their COVID treatment covered by insurance. Maybe Burke should focus his energy on Big Pharma and their totally ineffective “vaccines” instead of on people who choose not to be injected with the experimental drug.
