A singer declares his disdain for a certain people group, noting he admires Hitler. Outrage and condemnation, worldwide. The singer expresses outrage over the outrage.
A comedian holds wokeness up to ridicule. He is blasted by outrage, and that gives him more material, resulting in more outrage.
A politician is outraged by a reporter’s question. Pundits are outraged the politician is so arrogant.
An activist is outraged by a Supreme Court decision, enraged to violence.
The slightest whisper opposed to radicalism on the left sparks a forest fire of outrage.
Real outrages (abortion, child abuse, sexual exploitation, domestic violence) are largely ignored.
The encouragement of illegal migrations across borders to the great injury of migrant and citizen alike, another outrage.
Millions of people roam about just dying to be offended so their rage will be triggered.
A President is outraged by anyone who disagrees with him. He lives in a continuous state of outrage. His own party is quietly outraged by many of his decisions. The country is outraged.
The world is outraged by Russian aggression yet Ukrainian civilians are still slaughtered, an outrage in and of itself.
The common person is outraged that the world is run by giant espionage rings pretending to be nations.
Outrage spreads between men and women, between children and their parents, between every group, between God and man.
The greater the outrage, the less the trust, leading inexorably to mayhem.
Yet there is hope.
The One who has every right to be outraged by evil on earth will have the last word.
The Prince of Peace will dry every tear, and set things straight.
