(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – The radical left-wing ‘non-profit’ known as American Oversight is now waging war by suing for records that the current Democratic machine is going after. However, there’s a lot more going on here than meets the eye.
A new report from The Washington Examiner says, “A left-leaning watchdog group on Wednesday sued the Arizona Senate for records pertaining to the “partisan” audit of the Maricopa County 2020 election.”
“The filing comes after American Oversight said in April it requested documents on Cyber Ninjas, the private firm conducting the inquiry, the audit’s funding and investigation techniques, and other matters. The organization said that by May 4, the Republican-led legislative body claimed there “are no more responsive documents to provide at this time because the Senate doesn’t have custody, control or possession of any of the records requested,” the report continues.
Gateway Pundit reports, “In actuality, American Oversight is a slick, professional, well-funded Freedom of Information Act hit team, created to gather the intel needed to file an unending stream of lawsuits solely against Trump and the Trump administration. Already in 2021, and American Oversight is still doing its dirty work against President Trump, this time in Maricopa County.”
This is just another organization that’s part of the Democrat stable which is technically a 510(c)(3) and while the law demands that the NFP be strictly nonpartisan and charitable, this organization is anything but either one of those two things.
In fact, it’s a fairly well-funded cold-hearted legal hit team that was designed with only one goal in mind: the destruction of former President Donald Trump.
So what does this have to do with the current election audit happening in Maricopa County?
Well, the American Oversight organization says “The audit, which involves a hand recount of more than 2 million votes and will cost the state $150,000, is not based on any evidence of widespread voter fraud, in Maricopa County or elsewhere. In fact, an independent audit in February confirmed that the ballots in the county had been tabulated accurately and that there were no irregularities with the election equipment or software.”
American Oversight conveniently doesn’t mention that there was not a single ballot was actually examined in the audit they love so much. A couple of the machines were examined and torn apart, only for the auditors to say everything looked alright.
Maricopa County paid $100,000 for both audits that they already knew would give the machines their stamp of approval.
While all of this is disturbing, what is truly frightening to consider are the kind of entities that are actually behind American Oversight.
Groups like the highly secretive Democracy Forward and Democracy Forward Foundation are the groups that are behind American Oversight. The most important of these two to look at is Democracy Forward.
GP reveals how this all works in their report:
-American Oversight secures FOIAs from entities they are after related to President Trump;
-Democracy Forward then swoops in and begins the litigation;
These groups are supposed to be “nonpartisan” nonprofits, which means that by law, these organizations are not supposed to support one party over another.
“The Democrats’ most powerful and vicious law firm, Perkins Coie, and Marc Elias are absolutely behind Democracy Forward Foundation. A quick look at their 2018 makeup and you can see Hillary’s attorney, Elias, as well as Hillary’s campaign manager John Podesta and Biden’s current Chief of Staff Ron Klain,” GP reports.
These are the individuals who are behind all the investigations and lawsuits that are coming from the Democratic Party in Arizona. It’s the people on this list who don’t you and I to have a free and fair election, who want to silence our voices and prevent anyone who isn’t part of their hive mind from having a say in how this country is governed.
Guess who else has ties to American Oversight? If you guessed progressive billionaire George Soros, you’d be absolutely correct. According to another Gateway Pundit reports, “Located in Washington, D.C., this charity had gross receipts of $3,732,681 in 2019. These alleged nonpartisan charities – which are legally allowed to pass along tax exemptions to their donors – must disclose all their donors who give over $5,000 on their yearly tax forms, the Form 990. However, the government then must redact that data when it posts these public documents.”
The American public has no idea who has been dumping this kind of cash flow into the American Oversight organization.
“Nonprofit American Oversight is connected to George Soros and the Democracy Alliance. Democracy Forward, CREW, and American Oversight are all approved groups for funding by the Democracy Alliance, the left’s largest dark money donor network. Members of the alliance also helped fund and propel the Center for American Progress and Media Matters. The alliance has spent $1.83 billion on progressive infrastructure since its inception in 2005, confidential documents obtained by the Free Beacon at its latest gathering showed,” the report says.
The corruption truly knows no bounds.
