(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – There’s no doubt in the mind of anyone who has been staying informed and paying attention to the things happening in this country right now that the 2020 presidential election is going to go down in history as the greatest voter fraud scheme ever attempted.
Former President Donald Trump, the extremely popular incumbent who was handily winning the election on the night everyone cast their ballot suddenly lost the race after multiple states in the country decided to take a break counting the votes. By the end of the week, Joe Biden had won the White House. Unbelievable.
According to the Gateway Pundit, as the President and his team tried to look into the incidents of alleged fraud and abnormalities, the courts in the country actually refused to hear a number of the cases or examine any of the merits or evidence that proved the election was stolen.
Since then, we’ve heard time and time again from Big Media that Trump and his campaign lost bunches of these cases that were linked to the 2020 election. However, that’s not entirely accurate.
Check out the list of cases that GP identified:
-There are 87 court cases to date based on the 2020 election
-In 26 cases President Trump was the plaintiff
-In 56 cases President Trump was not the plaintiff
-In 5 cases President Trump is the defendant
-In 24 cases the case was decided on the merits
-In 17 of the 24 cases (71%) decided on the merits President Trump and/or the GOP prevailed
-12 cases remain active

What’s truly maddening about this entire situation is that there have been thousands of instances of fraud that have been observed or alleged, and yet the FBI and many courts have done nothing to review the evidence and see if there is any merit to the allegations.
States actually changed their voting laws in order to accommodate absentee ballots and the manner these changes were made is alleged to be illegitimate.
The DOJ has also denied any alleged material instances of fraud. Democrats have been accused of election fraud, but again, nothing is happening. All those in charge are just ignoring what’s happening.
The former president won 71 percent of the cases where the evidence was examined. Courts need to hear these cases and truly examine the evidence. This should then lead to audits being done of the results of the 2020 election, followed by proper changes to voting laws, done the correct manner, so that election integrity might be preserved.
