Vladimir Putin Calls Out US For Political Persecution Of Jan. 6 Protesters – “Did You Order Assassination Of Woman Who Walked Into Congress?” (VIDEO)

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Russian President Vladimir Putin was recently interviewed by NBC on June 11 from his home country of Russia. What’s really sad about the interview is that some of the answers he provides make more sense than the garbage we are getting from folks in U.S. politics, social media, and the mainstream media.

This ought not be so. Guess that’s further proof of just how upside down the world is right now.

According to Gateway Pundit, there’s a point in the interview when Putin actually shames the individual conducting the interview for not allowing him to finish what he started to say.

The Russian president then goes on to ask, “Did you order assassination of woman who walked into Congress?” This, of course, is a reference to the murder of Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by a Capitol Police officer during the January 6 riots.

Sad that we are being put to shame by the president of Russia, wouldn’t you agree?

And he brings up a very valid question, especially since Babbitt’s attorney, Terrell Roberts, has been fighting like crazy to try and get the shooter’s name revealed, but has been fought tooth and nail along the way.

Roberts, along with Babbitt’s husband Aaron, recently made an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News program where they discussed the various challenges of trying to get the name of the shooter released. There’s also information that notes the officer involved in the shooting once left his firearm in a U.S. Capitol bathroom.

“Mr. Roberts, let me ask you, there are reports online, that’s incredible I don’t know if they’re true, that the Capitol Hill police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt, I’m not going to mention the name, was the same officer that left his loaded handgun in a public men’s room on the Capitol. Do you believe that is the officer, it seems like a very reckless person, who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt on January 6th?” Carlson asked.

“That’s my belief. That’s my belief,” Roberts replied.

Thankfully, Babbitt and Roberts aren’t alone in their fight to get the identity of the shooter revealed. Rep. Paul Gosar has also boldly stood up for Ashli Babbitt and demanded to know the identity of the shooter.

If this were a white cop and a black victim, you know the officer’s name would be blasted out all over the place. You’d know it by heart.

Gosar asked former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen during a very heated exchange during a hearing about the protests, “Who executed Ashli Babbitt?”

Keep in mind, the DOJ actually shut down an investigation — rather abruptly — concerning the murder of Babbitt inside the Capitol building. The Babbitt legal team released a statement concerning this move.

“…the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber. Acknowledging the tragic loss of life and offering condolences to Ms. Babbitt’s family, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and U.S. Department of Justice have therefore closed the investigation into this matter,” the statement said at the end.

Again, it’s sad that Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia for goodness sake, has to be the one to ask the hard questions in this country.
