Surge Summary: President Biden is suggesting he will be sending government agents to people’s homes to inquire if they have been vaccinated. Where does he think he gets the constitutional authority to do this?

Joe Biden said yesterday he will send government agents to your house to make sure you take the COVID 19 vaccine. The so-called vaccines are authorized under an emergency order and remain categorized ‘experimental.’
It is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve a sense of confidence concerning the nature of this disease and the safety of the vaccines since government studies and numbers are all over the map. We do know however that the fatality rate overall is exceedingly low. This begs the question: why all the emergency authorizations and orders and mitigation measures which are characterized as critical one week, and merely advisable the next? Why the hysteria over a virus presenting such a low fatality rate? Why the complete cancellation of any discussion of alternative treatments shown effective, such as Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine?
Biden tells us government agents leaning on you to get vaccinated are required because the Delta variant of the virus is causing a new wave of infections and serious illness. Consider that a recent Rasmussen poll shows 32%* of Americans believe public health officials are lying to them about this virus. Is it possible Biden is leveraging fear to gain even more government control of your private life?
Given the government’s terrible response to the virus across the board, why should we believe Biden’s latest dramatic claim. Secondly, where does the federal government have the authority to invade your private home, question your private medical status, and demand you take a vaccine that has shown mixed results, even injury and death in significant numbers. Thirdly, if we submit to this new federal encroachment, how long will it be before government agents come knocking, demanding other private data, such as the number of guns you own, or the status of your memberships in organizations deemed suspect by the government?
Biden’s executive action calling for agents to invade your home is clearly unconstitutional, but so what? Biden has made it very clear he considers the Constitution to be negotiable.
Concurrent with this recommended violation of our civil rights, the chatter indicates Biden is considering an order to force military personnel to get vaccinated. This makes no sense given the government’s own studies showing young people are not threatened by the virus. Demanding military vaccinations will drive many people out of the ranks and further weaken our national defense efforts, already a legacy of this foolish administration.
And all the while, the border invasion carries COVID throughout the country while this President does nothing to stem the tide. Indeed, he encourages the invasion to the great injury of migrant and citizen alike.
No matter how you slice it, this President has demonstrated a systematic disregard for the rule of law, the Constitution, the rights of the citizenry, and the security of the nation.
How much longer will we put up with this tyrant and his minions?
