Huge! Hillary Clinton-Linked Perkins Coie Lawyer Indicted In Russiagate Probe

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – According to a new report coming from Infowars, a grand jury has now indicted Michael Sussmann, the attorney who has been accused of making false statements during the 2016 presidential campaign that was designed to tarnish the reputation of then-candidate Donald Trump during the final months of the election cycle.

The indictment charges say that Sussmann, “lied about the capacity in which he was providing … allegations to the FBI” of potential cyber links between a Russian bank and a company owned by former president Donald Trump.”

“Durham is pursuing a prosecutorial theory that Sussmann was secretly representing Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, which was a client of Sussmann’s firm, these people said,” a report from the Washington Post said.

Special Counsel Durham’s office made it clear that this situation is far from over, making the statement that the investigation is still “ongoing.”

Here are a few highlights on this from Chuck Ross over at The Washington Free Beacon:

You can read the full indictment below:

“Special counsel John Durham is reportedly seeking a grand jury indictment against to indict an attorney reportedly representing Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign for peddling a fake story in 2016 that the Trump campaign was using a secret server to communicate with a Russian bank – a lie promoted by Hillary Clinton herself right before the 2016 US election,” Infowars reports.

A report from the Washington Post says that Michael Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer and partner over at Perkins Coie, has been pushing a theory that computer scientists uncovered secret server connections between Trump and Alfa Bank, an allegation that hardcore leftists media outlets like Slate took and ran with as part of their crusade against him.

Sussmann is going to be charged with lying to the FBI.

“The case against Mr. Sussmann centers on the question of who his client was when he conveyed certain suspicions about Mr. Trump and Russia to the F.B.I. in September 2016. Among other things, investigators have examined whether Mr. Sussmann was secretly working for the Clinton campaign — which he denies,” the report said.

“The accusation against Mr. Sussmann focuses on a meeting he had on Sept. 19, 2016, with James A. Baker, who was the F.B.I.’s top lawyer at the time, according to the people familiar with the matter. They spoke on condition of anonymity,” it continued.

“Because of a five-year statute of limitations for such cases, Mr. Durham has a deadline of this weekend to bring a charge over activity from that date,” the report added.

“At the meeting, Mr. Sussmann relayed data and analysis from cybersecurity researchers who thought that odd internet data might be evidence of a covert communications channel between computer servers associated with the Trump Organization and with Alfa Bank, a Kremlin-linked Russian financial institution,” the NY Times said.

“Elias has completely reinvented himself as some voting rights advocate. See how MSNBC covers him without disclosing his very recent role as general counsel to the Clinton Campaign and his role in commissioning the Steele Dossier,” attorney Nicholas Devyatkin went on to say.

“As the Daily Caller noted in April 2020, Sussmann ‘set off a chain of events that led to Steele publishing a Sept. 14, 2016 memo accusing the founders of the bank, Alfa Bank, of having “illicit” ties to Vladimir Putin,’ before meeting with former UK spy Christopher Steele of bullshit ‘dossier’ infamy,” Infowars noted.

The report goes on to say that a week after Steele penned the memo, he had another meeting with Marc Elias, a colleague of Sussmann’s. Steele then disclosed meetings that were previously unreported with Sussmann and Elias during a bit of testimony he gave as part of a defamation lawsuit that was filed against him.

“Steele’s testimony about Sussmann and Elias provides insight into how deeply involved the two lawyers were in the Trump investigation, and suggests they helped shape Steele’s investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 election,” the report said.

“I’m very clear is that the first person that ever mentioned the Trump server issue, Alfa server issue, was Mr. Sussman [sic],” Steele went on to tell Alfa Bank lawyer Hugh Tomlinson according to a transcript from March of last year.

Steele then stated that Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson told him to write up a report all about Alfa Bank based on the lies told by Sussmann.

“I was given the instruction sometime after that meeting by Mr. Simpson,” Steele revealed, adding that the instruction he received from Steele “was absolutely, definitely linked to the server issue.”

“Sussmann shopped the allegations about the Alfa Bank computer servers around to others besides Steele, including to journalists and the FBI’s top lawyer,” the Daily Caller pointed out.

A report from The Gateway Pundit published a piece on this story as well, recalling that it was Hillary Clinton who first promoted this whole bogus Russian Alfa Bank nonsense.

When are we going to finally see Hillary held accountable for all of her transgressions? You know, like all of this dirty, underhanded work to try and prevent Trump from winning in 2016? Or the Benghazi coverup? Or the million other things she’s had her dirty little paws in?
