(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – The Black Lives Matter agenda has never been about promoting “equality.” Aside from attempting to bring about anarchy and chaos in America, the BLM agenda has only promoted special privileges for blacks and other people of color.
In their supposed fight to end “discrimination” against black people they encourage the discrimination of white people. The hypocrisy is truly astounding.
They don’t want a world where everyone is color blind or where everyone treats each other based on their character rather than the color of their skin.
They want the opposite. They want us all to be judged by the color of our skin and then treated accordingly. For blacks, that means special treatment and privileges while whites are forced to sit on the sidelines and lose out.
Keep in mind, this is all based on nothing more than skin color. Doesn’t sound a whole lot like “equality,” now does it?
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is getting in on this new-age racism. When a white Chicago reporter attempted to get a one-on-one interview with Lightfoot as her two-year mayoral anniversary approaches, she quickly found out that the Mayor isn’t taking questions… from white people.
In a tweet Tuesday, NBC5 reporter Mary Ann Ahern shared with the world what happened when she attempted to get an exclusive interview with Lightfoot.
“As @chicagosmayor reaches her two year midway point as mayor, her spokeswoman says Lightfoot is granting 1 on 1 interviews – only to Black or Brown journalists,” Ahern stated.

Almost immediately, other white journalists in the Windy City spoke out, sharing that they had also been told the same thing.
I was told the same thing.

I can confirm, alderman

National news outlets, however, are exempt from Lightfoot’s new racist policy. She appeared on MSNBC on Monday for an interview with host Stephanie Ruhle.
After being called out for racially discriminating against journalists, Lightfoot didn’t apologize or retract her new policy. Instead she doubled down and attempted to justify the discrimination.
She even made herself out to be the victim saying she has been personally oppressed by the “overwhelming whiteness and maleness” in journalism.
“Diversity and inclusion is imperative across all institutions including media. In order to progress we must change,” she argued on Twitter.
Apparently, in order to accomplish “progress” we have to go backwards and employ primitive thinking that involves only looking at people based on the color of their skin rather than their merit, skills, talents, abilities, intellect, character, and so on and so on.
All of that stuff is second-rate information compared to what we can learn about someone solely off the color of their skin. At least Lightfoot seems to think so.
Lightfoot went on to say that she’s “being intentional about prioritizing media requests from POC reporters.” No, Mayor Lightfoot, you’re being a racist.
Diversity and inclusion is imperative across all institutions including media. In order to progress we must change.

This is an imbalance that needs to change. Chicago is a world-class city. Our local media should reflect the multiple cultures that comprise it.
— Mayor Lori Lightfoot (@chicagosmayor) May 19, 2021
We must be intentional about doing better. I believed that when running for office. I stand on this belief now. It’s time for the newsrooms to do better and build teams that reflect the make-up of our city.

Upon learning that Lightfoot is discriminating against white reporters, Latino Chicago Tribune reporter Gregory Pratt cancelled his meeting with the Mayor in opposition of her divisive policy.
I am a Latino reporter @chicagotribune whose interview request was granted for today. However, I asked the mayor’s office to lift its condition on others and when they said no, we respectfully canceled. Politicians don’t get to choose who covers them. https://t.co/YMW8M8ZgJm

If at any point in the last decade a white politician declared they were only granting interviews to white reporters there would have been chaos and riots in the streets. How racist is America really when black people are granted the privilege to behave in grotesque, overtly racist ways?
The entire argument that America is the most racist place in the world and that our entire society is based around systemic racism is a blatant sham.
