(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Haven’t we all just learned about the importance of gun safety after the Alec Baldwin incident? Apparently, all of us did except for Kyle Rittenhouse prosecutor Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger.
In an attempt to make a point that Rittenhouse was provoking people by just being armed, Binger thought it safe and appropriate to point a rifle at people in the courtroom with his finger placed on the trigger.
The incident, which has been dubbed by some as the “Binger Finger Incident,” has gone viral. The prosecutor has been utterly dragged on social media for the gun safety faux pas.
Many on social media mocked him while others expressed sincere concern and dismay over Binger’s obvious and blatant disregard for gun safety, of which the first rule is never point a gun at someone.

Here’s a video of ADA Binger breaking multiple rules regarding the safe handling of a firearm during the Rittenhouse trial. He points the rifle at a crowded courtroom with his finger on the trigger. pic.twitter.com/8TKjoZznpb

Many users pointed out the fact that Binger clearly has no clue how to use a firearm, especially in comparison to the then-17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse while others brought up the fact that Alec Baldwin just killed a person with a gun he presumed was empty.

The prosecutor Thomas Binger held an AR-15 in the courtroom today to “demonstrate” what Kyle Rittenhouse did in Kenosha.

It’s not hard to see that this 17 yr old had more trigger discipline with a gun than Lil Binger. Binger is a Clown. pic.twitter.com/RvvXru4eEJ

Binger’s little display had made a mockery of his case against Rittenhouse which is a joke to begin with. The entire thing is a big charade meant to appease radical leftists who are demanding Rittenhouse’s head on a stake since he’s apparently a “white supremacist” for shooting three people in self-defense.
Rittenhouse is being made out to be some kind of cold-blooded killing machine but the facts just don’t support this theory.
The left has also taken the opportunity to make him out to be a racist and have asserted he is a white supremacist even though none of the people he shot were black.
Apparently, just trying to protect businesses in the city of Kenosha, which was under siege by radical leftist protesters, rioters, and looters is justification to label someone a white supremacist.
Rittenhouse’s mother has taken issue with the left, and Biden himself, calling her son a white supremacist.
There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night. pic.twitter.com/Q3VZTW1vUV

“When I saw that I was shocked, I was angry. President Biden don’t [sic] know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a white supremacist. He’s not a racist. And [Biden] did that for the votes. And I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son, he defamed him”, Wendy Rittenhouse told Fox News.
Clearly, Rittenhouse is not a white supremacist and was not motivated to go to Kenosha because of racism.
He was a 17-year-old boy who got caught up in the crazy events and riots of 2020 and ended up in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
