Right On Cue, Israel Now Inserts Itself Into The Ukraine Invasion By Flying To Moscow On Shabbat To Speak With Putin After Getting Macron’s Blessing

Israel’s premier stepped into the role of mediator Saturday as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine intensified, holding a three-hour meeting at the Kremlin with Vladimir Putin before calling Ukraine’s president and flying to Berlin.

As we tell you all the time, when it involves nations it’s history, when it involves Israel is prophecy, and today something happened that’s literally off the end times charts. In Israel, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett flew, on the Sabbath mind you, to Russia to have a sit-down with Vladimir Putin over the Ukraine invasion. But before departing Israel for Moscow, Bennett had a private phone meeting with…(drum roll, please!)…Emmanuel Macron, and when the meeting was over, Bennett flew to Germany who is ramping up their war machine for the first time since Adolf Hitler was in charge. It’s like they read NTEB and they’re trying to punk us by pretending to all be in cahoots together. Except they’re not pretending.

“Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.” Habakkuk 1:5 (KJB)

If you could see my face while I write this, you would see me smiling from ear to ear, and mouthing the words “thank you, Lord, for your infallible preserved word”. So OK, everything we have been telling you is right on the money, and Monday on the Podcast we will “double-down” on the direction the Lord’s been taking us in since this all started. Pardon the understatement, but it seems to be the right way to go, and Lord willing, we will follow this end times trail to the very end.

Israel PM meets Putin on Ukraine in ‘risky’ diplomatic gamble

FROM BREITBART NEWS: Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s sit-down with Putin was the first by foreign leader since the day Russian forces invaded Ukraine last week, and came after Kyiv had asked Israel to launch a dialogue with Moscow. Bennett has so far walked a cautious line on the Ukraine conflict, seeking to preserve delicate security cooperation with Russia, which has a large military presence in Israel’s northern neighbour, Syria.

Bennett has not joined Western leaders — notably key ally the United States — in forcefully condemning the invasion, instead stressing Israel’s strong relations with both Russia and Ukraine. Ahead of his Moscow trip, Bennett had spoken by telephone repeatedly with both Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Bennett’s action is bold but also risky. Much will depend on Putin’s state of mind,” Michael Oren, former Israeli ambassador to Washington, told AFP.

Oren noted that while Putin rebuffed heavyweight diplomatic outreaches before the invasion, “Russia is in a different position today and Putin may be looking for a way out of his predicament. Naftali Bennet just may supply the ladder.”

Bennett’s office said he left Israel for Moscow early Saturday, itself an extraordinary move for a religious Jew who does not conduct state business on the Jewish sabbath, except in extraordinary circumstances. Bennett and Putin met for three hours, in a visit that was coordinated with the US, Germany and France, an Israeli official said. Bennett’s delegation included his housing minister, fluent Russian speaker Zeev Elkin, who was born in Ukraine when it was part of the Soviet Union.

The Kremlin said “different aspects of the situation in Ukraine” were discussed at the meeting. After the Putin talks, Bennett called Zelensky — who is Jewish, has family in Israel and has visited the country many times.

Bennett then headed to Germany for talks with Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

The French presidency said Emmanuel Macron also spoke to Bennett before he left for Moscow on Saturday, as part of joint efforts to “obtain a ceasefire in Ukraine”. The top editor at the Times of Israel, David Horovitz, said Bennett’s trip had “extraordinarily high stakes”.

The premier’s “insistence on attempting the almost impossible — trying to maintain not neutral but warm relations with both sides in a war — is threatening to exasperate the US and has the potential to deeply harm Israel’s standing in the free world,” Horovitz said Saturday.

Quoting an unnamed source, prominent Israeli reporter Barak Ravid tweeted that the White House told Israel it doubted “Bennett’s chances to influence Putin’s position”. READ MORE

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.

But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 15,860+ people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 150,000+ followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 15,900 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
