What is a true Christian book? It’s a book that magnifies the Lord Jesus Christ, lifts Him up and exalts His shed blood on the cross, and preaches His death, burial and resurrection on the third day according to the scriptures. The vast majority of your modern “bibles” don’t do that, but the King James Bible certainly does. Many of the modern commentators don’t do that, they critique God’s word, and place their own scholarship above it. But men and women like Clarence Larkin, Peter Ruckman, Gail Riplinger, Bill Grady, Sam Gipp, Chuck Missler and many others whose books we carry ‘honor the King’ in their commentaries. So Happy National Book Lovers Day, come celebrate it with us!

My mom was a librarian, and from a very early age she instilled in me a love for reading real books, and as a result I have been a voracious reader all of my life. When I got saved in 1991, I began to read Christian classics like The Pilgrim’s Progress, Foxe’s Book Of Martyrs, and biographies of spiritual giants like Dwight Moody, Robert Sheffey and Charles Spurgeon. So when the Lord led me to open up a bookstore for Bible believers last year, I wanted to make it an oasis where the Lord Jesus was lifted up, and the word was taught in truth and righteousness. The platform of our store, of course, is the “lion of the Reformation”, the King James Authorized Version Holy Bible, and we have a wonderful assortment of those to choose from. Come see what’s new at the Bookstore, and there is always something new! Thank you so very much for your support of this part of our ministry.

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.

The Lord has given us an open door with a tremendous ‘course’ for us to fulfill that will create an excellent experience at the Judgement Seat of Christ.
