I want you to image an altar, with nearly 20 inmates kneeling with tears in their eyes, and praying to receive Jesus Christ as Saviour, because that happened yesterday.

What happened at the St. Lucie County Jail yesterday was so powerful, I devoted an entire podcast to talking about it today, you can listen to it here. Suffice to say, the gospel of the grace of God was preached, with nearly 20 men responding to the altar call at the end, many of whom had eyes filled to overflowing with tears. Could it be the Lord is giving us revival? Sure feels like it.

“O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.” Habakkuk 3:2 (KJB)

The Lord sure is funny. Not only does He open to door for us to send them Bibles, He opens the door for us to preach to lead approximately 20 dear souls to Himself in salvation. Does it get any better than that? Nope, that’s pretty much the “walk-off home run” of the ministry. The Bibles Behind Bars program is less than 2 months old, and yet God is using it to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time. Could it be that Flight #777 is preparing to take off? Absolutely.

Please pray for the men and women that we had the opportunity to preach to yesterday, that the Lord will meet them at the point of their greatest need, and do exceedingly above all that they could ask or think.
