After Receiving Subpoena, Donald Trump Now Has An Excellent Opportunity To Present His Case For A Stolen Election Before January 6th Committee

Former President Donald Trump was ordered on Friday to testify under oath and provide documents to the House of Representatives January 6th Committee investigating the attack on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters.

We have before us an amazing opportunity to set the record straight, and to settle once and for all this issue of a stolen election back in 2020. Donald Trump has been formally subpoenaed to appear before the January 6th Committee to testify about the events that took place on that day. This is a golden opportunity to show, before the entire world, what the truth actually is. But the questions is, will Trump take it? If I were him I would, let me tell you why.

Alex Jones for a number of years on his radio program, spoke endlessly about the Sandy Hook School shooting hoax, and presented hundreds of hours of soundbites to ‘prove his case’. If you were to listen to just him, you would be convinced none of those kids, ‘crisis actors’ Jones said, had ever died. However, this all changed when Jones was ‘invited to appear’ before a judge and jury, and testify under oath of the verity of these things with which he espoused. We all know how that ended, Jones folded like a house of cards because he had done nothing but lie the entire time for ratings and financial gain. Remember Kraken lawyer Sidney Powell and her ‘firehose of proof‘ regarding the stolen 2020 election? The hose was dry, and she was sued.

Obviously, the January 6th Committee is nothing more than a sham to prevent Donald Trump from being elected again, it has nothing in common with the actual truth. If truth was the goal of Congress, we would also be having a Domestic Terror Committee to deal with the 6 months of riots, murder and looting caused by ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter. So I understand the true intention of why Trump is now being subpoenaed, but I also know this. For two years, Trump has held rallies across America talking about the stolen election, now he has the chance to go ‘on the record’ and testify that these things be so. If he testifies under oath and presents his case with the truth of what actually happened in the 2020 election, he will emerge an unstoppable hero and sail to victory in 2024. But if he refuses to go, or goes and crumbles under the pressure of the truth like Alex Jones did, his political career will be immediately over. Either way, the truth of this situation is going to come out once and for all, as truth always does. This is truly your moment, Donald Trump, what will you do?

Trump summoned to testify to January 6th Committee ‘riot panel’

FROM RUETERS:  The committee said it had sent a subpoena to Trump requiring documents to be submitted to the panel by Nov. 4 and for him to appear for deposition testimony beginning on or about Nov. 14.

Deposition testimony often refers to closed-door, videotaped questioning of a witness on the record. Such testimony could be made public and become part of a final report by the special panel.

“As demonstrated in our hearings, we have assembled overwhelming evidence, including from dozens of your former appointees and staff, that you personally orchestrated and oversaw a multi-part effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election and to obstruct the peaceful transition of power,” the committee wrote in a letter to Trump on Friday.

The committee is seeking a wide range of documents from Trump that would detail communications he may have had over a period of several months leading up to the Jan. 6 riot and beyond with lawmakers, Oath Keepers and Proud Boys members, as well as associates and former aides, including Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, Michael Flynn and Rudy Giuliani.

Additional documents, text messages and other communications being sought relate to information detailing possible travel of people to the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, communications relating to efforts to encourage state legislatures or lawmakers to take actions that would have delayed Congress’ certification of the presidential election or changes in states that would have certified an alternate slate of “electors” that would support naming Trump as the winner of the 2020 election.

Trump, who regularly refers to the panel as the “unselect committee,” has accused it of waging unfair political attacks on him while refusing to investigate his charges of widespread election fraud. He is not likely to cooperate with the subpoena and could simply try to run out the clock on a committee whose mandate will likely end early next year if Republicans win a majority in the House in November’s midterm elections.
