Former prime minister and Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu is set to become Israel’s next prime minister, according to Tuesday night’s exit polls.

Well, well, well, the news coming out of Israel right now shows Benjamin Netanyahu with the 61-seat bloc he needs, and all he has to do to win is fend off a last-minute-surge from the Arab Balad Party which Bibi should be able to do. If he does win, with all the things we’ve been discussing on the Podcast lately about 2023, it should be a wild ride indeed. Count me in, up and out of here! Here’s some ‘fun facts’ – 5 in the Bible is the number of death and judgment, Netanyahu would be a 5-time prime minister, based on a 4-year term and he’s had 4 of them. Right now it is year 5783 on the Hebrew calendar, add them up and what do you get? 5. The election today is election number 5 in the past 4 years, something also unprecedented. 5-by-5 is also the dimensions of the brazen laver for the sacrifice in the Temple.

If you believe the prophets, and we most certainly do, then you already know that Israel has no king over them at the time of the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church. Instead, they have a bunch of secular and religious people running the country, Isaiah calls them ‘scornful men’ because they do not honor the God of their own fathers. (see Jeremiah 22:1-10) Remember the article from the other day where we showed you the ‘prophecy’ of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, the ‘Moshiach Rebbe’ who ‘prophesied’ before his death that Benjamin Netanyahu would be in power at the start of the ‘messianic age’? If Netanyahu wins, that just might be the most incredible coincidence in our modern era. Here’s to (Blessed) hoping!

Benjamin Netanyahu predicted to win Israel election

FROM THE JERUSALEM POST: In an update to the exit polls, the Arab party Balad was said to be close to crossing the threshold. If that happens, Netanyahu’s bloc will drop to 60 seats, one short of a coalition majority. Likud sent an urgent letter to the police commissioner on Tuesday night demanding that allegations of voter fraud in the Arab sector be immediately investigated.

According to the polls, Netanyahu’s bloc, which includes Likud, Religious Zionist Party (RZP), United Torah Judaism (UTJ) and Shas, crossed the 61-seat threshold and will be able to form the next coalition. In some of the polls his bloc reached 62 seats.

What do the exit polls say?

Netanyahu’s Likud party is expected to receive 30 seats according to Channel 12 and 31 seats according to Channel 13, while Lapid’s Yesh Atid party is expected to get 24 seats according to both polls.

The Religious Zionist Party – led by Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich – saw a dramatic rise in contrast to previous years with both channels reporting 14 seats. Defense Minister Benny Gantz’s National Unity Party is expected to get 11 seats (Channel 12) or 12 seats (Channel 13), while Yisrael Beytenu gets 4 in both polls. READ MORE
