On This Veterans Day, We Are Thrilled To Announce The Launching Of ‘Scriptures For Soldiers’ To Send King James Bibles To Soldiers Through Military Chaplains

Today on the Podcast, on Veterans Day, we lifted up our fervent desire to the Lord for Him to open a door to start delivering ‘Scriptures For Soldiers’

During our Podcast today, we opened with a tribute to the wonderful men and women who served and are serving in the United States military, today being of course Veterans Day. NTEB is blessed to have a high percentage of military personnel who visit our site on a daily basis. While sharing my wish that the Lord would open up a door for us to send King James Bibles to active military, like He did with our Free Bible Program and Bibles Behind Bars, NTEB’er Ron Woughter moved that we should create a ‘Scriptures For Soldiers’ program, a motion that the hundreds of members in the chat room unanimously seconded.

“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” 2 Timothy 2:3,4 (KJB)

How would the ‘Scriptures For Soldiers’ program work? To be totally honest, the Lord would have to open the door, it cannot be done in the flesh. The Free Bible Program began without me consciously being aware of what I was doing, just following the leading of the Holy Spirit in baby steps. I didn’t even keep a record of all the Bibles handed out between 2018 through 2021 because it was just a thing the Lord told me to do. In fact, it only became a ‘program’ when Bill and Marilyn up in Georgia send me a check one day for the ‘free Bible program’, and it shocked me because we had no organized program that I was aware of. But the Lord evidentially said we did. In 2021, we went over 10,000 King James Bibles and New Testaments, and I thought that was the pinnacle right up to the moment the Lord gave us ‘Bibles Behind Bars’. As I write this, we stand at the precipice of reaching a threshold of 100,000 Bibles given out in 2022. Can I believe the Lord to create ‘Scriptures For Soldiers’? Yep, sure can.

This is where you come in. I would like to ask you to pray for the ministry of Now The End Begins, and the incredible open door the Lord has given us to labour in His harvest field. Then, if the Lord has prospered you, I invite you to come partner with the thousands of NTEB’ers who believe in this mission and support it financially, and ask you to give as generously as you can. If you are in the military, please send this article to your chaplain, and tell them if they need Bibles for soldiers, to reach out to us and we will get Bibles out to them wherever they are, anywhere in the world.
