NTEB’er Harold Leavitt Writes To Request 100 New Testaments For Lighthouse Of Faith Church In The Philippines As Part Of Ministry Outreach Program

‘Along with the shoes and school supplies we plan to send, I would love to include a copy of the New Testament in each child’s gift bag. Can you help us?’

Regular NTEB listener Harold Leavitt wrote to us today, telling us of a ministry group he is a member of that supports Christian churches in the Philippines. He says “Our goal is to send 100 pairs of shoes, the people are poor and the need is very great. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to provide 100 copies of the New Testament that we could include with them. If you are able to help, the books could be shipped directly to my home, and I will personally handle the packing and overseas shipping. Thank you for your time and for considering this request. This would be such a blessing to the children and an encouragement to their faith.” What a blessing that is to be a part of that, amen?

The Free Bible Program is the ‘older brother’ to the Bible Behind Bars program which began in 2021, and has been in operation since 2018. Through it, we have sent untold thousands of King James Bibles, New Testaments, Spanish Bibles and scripture portions out around the world where the need is the greatest. Because of your ongoing prayers for and support of this ministry, this vital end times work continues at a high level. I know we are still raising support for the 9,000 Bibles for the Harris County Jail (35% of the way there, praise the Lord!), but this request for the Philippines needs support also. Please pray about helping us to send these 100 New Testaments out this week!
