MyPillow Founder Mike Lindell Files Major Lawsuit Against Dominion, Smartmatic

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – MyPillow founder and Trump supporter, Mike Lindell, hasn’t finished with his fight to expose the truth about the fraudulent and rigged 2020 US presidential election.

While many Americans have sheepishly accepted the reality of a Joe Biden presidency, Lindell is continuing his fight and in his latest move he’s turned the tables on the corrupt voting machines and systems company Dominion.

As you recall, Dominion is the company behind a good chunk of the fraud that occurred in the 2020 election. They’ve been called out by attorney Sidney Powell, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell and a slew of other reporters and lawyers.

When Dominion started to feel the heat, they did what any business with integrity would do. They released their election system source code for and proved they had done nothing wrong … wait a minute, no, they didn’t.

They threatened all of their accusers and dragged their names through the mud. They attempted to silence anyone who dared question their company and the election results. They used the court system to bully and manipulate people like Giuliani, Powell and Lindell into backing off and shutting up.

Mike Lindell has vowed not to let Dominion get away with it, however. The MyPillow founder is now suing Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmartic in US District Court in Minneapolis, accusing them of waging a “lawfare campaign.”

According to the lawsuit, Lindell claims that the companies are “weaponizing the judicial system and the litigation process to silence dissent, unpopular beliefs or facts inconveniently out of line with mainstream groupthink.”

Lindell asserts that the companies are suppressing evidence that would show the voting machines manipulated the results of the November election and, indeed, they are.

As prominent constitutional lawyer Alan Dershowitz put it, Dominion is saying, “We’re gonna sue you and put you out of business, and we’re not even going to let you see our source codes so you can see what we’re suing you about.”

That’s why Lindell has taken this major step against Dominion. Instead of providing evidence that would exonerate them of the accusations being made, they’ve worked overtime to hide everything and disparage anyone making inquiry.

Lindell has vowed to provide the evidence needed to prove massive widespread election fraud took place resulting in a stolen election. He’s even gone as far as to say that President Trump will be reinstated by August of this year.

Lindell already has a countersuit against Dominion for $1.6 billion which alleges that the company suppressed his First Amendment rights and attacked his private company.

His latest case against the corrupt company is seeking more than $2 billion and claims that new evidence of fraud and voting-machine manipulation has been discovered since his earlier countersuit was filed.

Lindell is alleging that both companies acted together to silence and intimidate anyone engaging in First Amendment protected political speech concerning election fraud.

The lawsuit alleges that both companies used the litigation process “as a bludgeon to suppress and stifle dissent.”

It goes on to say that, “Many of their victims lack the resources to fight back and expose the defendants’ scheme for what it is – an authoritarian abuse of state power fueled by the virtually unlimited resources from their ideological comrades. But Mike Lindell has the resources and will fight back.”

Instead of being open and transparent to prove that they did nothing wrong during the 2020 election, Dominion has sued more than 150 individuals and organizations and has gone as far as to intimidate witnesses to the alleged fraud.

Naturally, both Dominion and Smartmatic deny any wrongdoing during the election. A Dominion spokesman told the Washington Examiner on Thursday, the day Lindell filed his lawsuit, that it was “meritless” and is a “desperate attempt” to distract from the supposed damage Lindell is doing to the voting systems company.

A Dominion spokesman told the Washington Examiner on Thursday that Lindell’s latest lawsuit is “meritless“ and is a “desperate attempt” to distract from the damage that the MyPillow founder continues to cause the voting systems company.

Wouldn’t the road of least resistance be to just prove that everything was on the up and up during the 2020 election? Dominion and Smartmatic won’t do that because they can’t and that’s exactly why Mike Lindell is still fighting.
