(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – We all know the Jan. 6 “insurrection” attempt on Capitol Hill was a set-up orchestrated by our own federal government, specifically the FBI.
There are plenty of indicators proving this was the case but perhaps the biggest is the lack of prosecution against a man who was caught on video essentially directing Trump supporters to go to the Capitol on Jan. 6 to agitate.
The man at the heart of this controversy has been identified as Ray Epps, a US marine veteran from Arizona.
During a House hearing last week, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) played video clips of Epps, who is suspected to have been acting as a plant by the FBI, to Attorney General Merrick Garland in which Epps is clearly seen urging a crowd of Trump supporters to breach the Capitol on Jan. 6.
Garland refused to answer any questions in regards to Epp and just continued to state that he could not discuss any cases that were still under investigation. What a cop out.
An extensive investigation by Revolver News has resulted in three major findings concerning Epps that prove the FBI was involved in setting up the Jan. 6 incident.
The first of these revelations is that Epps appears to be among primary orchestrators of the first breach of the Capitol’s police barricades at 12:50 pm on Jan. 6 which was actually 10 minutes before President Trump had even finished his speech on the National Mall, one mile away.
The second, according to WND:
The FBI stealthily removed (screen shot here) Epps from its Capitol Violence Most Wanted List on July 1, one day after Revolver reported the FBI’s protection of known Epps associate and Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes. It also was one day after the New York Times put a spotlight on Epps, while erroneously reporting it appeared from a number of viral videos that he acted alone.
The third, Revolver found that Epps appeared “to have worked alongside several individuals — many of them suspiciously unindicted — to carry out a breach of the police barricades that induced a subsequent flood of unsuspecting MAGA protesters to unwittingly trespass on Capitol restricted grounds and place themselves in legal jeopardy.”
Epps has confirmed his presence at the Capitol on Jan. 6 during an interview with the Arizona Republic, the state’s leading daily newspaper, even confirming that he was the man in the videos urging Trump supporters to go to the Capitol.
During the House meeting last Thursday, Massie questioned Garland on Epps, without actually naming him.
“As far as we can determine,” Massie said to Garland, “the individual who was saying he’ll probably go to jail, he’ll probably be arrested, but they need to go into the Capitol the next day, is then directing people into the Capitol the next day, is then the next day directing people to the Capitol. And as far as we can find. You said this is one of the most sweeping in history. Have you seen that video, or those frames from that video?”
Garland replied, “So, as I said at the outset, one of the norms of the Justice Department is to not comment on pending investigations, and particularly not to comment on particular scenes or particular individuals.”
Massie pressed further, telling the AG he was “hoping today to give you an opportunity to put to rest the concerns that people have that there were federal agents or assets of the federal government present on January 5 and January 6.”
“Can you tell us,” Massie asked, “without talking about particular incidents or particular videos, how many agents or assets of the federal government were present on January 6, whether they agitated to go into the Capitol, and if any of them did?”
Garland again said he would not “comment on an investigation that’s ongoing.”

Revolver News has pointed out that Epps has never been charged or arrested and the FBI and Justice Department are still refusing to comment on whether he has ever even been served a search warrant.
Isn’t it interesting that the FBI has conducted a full-blown witch hunt for anyone and everyone involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol incident, even arresting and jailing unarmed Americans who were simply present at the Capitol, but have no arrested a man who appears by all accounts to have been an instigator and leader in the entire ordeal.
It isn’t like the FBI can’t find Epps. Why on earth have they not arrested him?
The answer is obvious. Epps was sent in as a plant by the FBI to excite Trump supporters and get them to “take the bait.” The only investigation that needs to be done in regards to Jan. 6 is into the FBI.
