BREAKING: Never-Trumper Chris Wallace Announces He Is Leaving Top-Rated FOX News… Will Move To Low-Ratings CNN

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Fox News host Chris Wallace, an ardent anti-Trumper, has proven once again that just because someone works in the political news realm and has gone to college, doesn’t mean they are an intelligent individual.

New reports from BizPacReview say that Wallace is quitting Fox News, a network with a heavy conservative base that has been critical of the anchor’s stance on Trump, and is heading over to CNN.

Yes, that’s correct. Wallace is leaving the top-rated network news channel for one with significantly lower ratings. What a maroon, as Bugs Bunny would say.

“After 18 years — this is my final Fox News Sunday,” Wallace, who is actually a registered Democrat, said from the set of Fox News’ “Fox News Sunday.”

“Eighteen years ago, the bosses here at Fox promised me they would never interfere with a guest I booked or a question I asked. And they kept that promise. I have been free to report to the best of my ability, to cover the stories I think are important, to hold our country’s leaders to account. It’s been a great ride,” he went on to say.

“We’ve covered five presidential elections, interviewed every president since George H.W. Bush, traveled the world — sitting down with France’s Emmanuel Macron and Russia’s Vladimir Putin. And I’ve gotten to spend Sunday mornings with you,” the anchor added.

He then concluded by stating that he wants to “try something new” and is “ready for a new adventure,” though at the time, he did not specify where he was headed.

The mostly-conservative base who watch Fox News quickly took to Twitter to respond to the announcement, beginning to speculate he was going over to CNN.

“And not shockingly given Wallace’s left-wing bona-fides, they were mostly correct. While he won’t be taking over for disgraced former host Chris Cuomo, he will nevertheless be setting up shop at the left-wing network,” the BPR report said.

“Chris Wallace is joining CNN as an anchor for CNN+, the much-anticipated streaming subscription service that will debut in Q1 2022,” CNN went on to announce in a press release published just a little before noon on Sunday.

“Praised as an ‘equal opportunity inquisitor’ by The Boston Globe and ‘an aggressive journalist,’ ‘sharp edged’ and ‘solid’ by The Washington Post, Wallace’s new show will feature interviews with newsmakers across politics, business, sports and culture. The new weekday show will contribute to CNN+’s slate of original, live programming and will be available at launch,” CNN stated.

“I am thrilled to join CNN+. After decades in broadcast and cable news, I am excited to explore the world of streaming,” Wallace went on to state in response to the news.

“I look forward to the new freedom and flexibility streaming affords in interviewing major figures across the news landscape—and finding new ways to tell stories. As I embark on this adventure, I am honored and delighted to join Jeff Zucker and his great team. I can’t wait to get started,” he said.

Many of Wallace’s critics were highly amused by the whole being “honored and delighted” to work with an extremely biased news network with massively low ratings.

“Critics also noted the irony of CNN hiring someone from the network that its hosts have spent years smearing as ‘racist,’” BPR reported.

“In fact, the great irony is that so many members of CNN’s audience have been brainwashed into assuming the worst about Fox News that the network could conceivably wind up seeing its ratings drop even further,” the report continued.

According to Fox News, they are going to “rotate” hosts until they find a permanent one to fill the slot.

“We are extremely proud of our journalism and the stellar team that Chris Wallace was a part of for 18 years. The legacy of FOX News Sunday will continue with our star journalists, many of whom will rotate in the position until a permanent host is named,” a spokesperson went on to say in a statement that was released to the media.

Now, think about this defection in light of recent news in another BPR report that says a producer for Chris Cuomo’s old program has now been charged with luring moms and their young daughters for “sexual training.”

Why would anyone want to go to a network where so many of its anchors have been involved in sexual harassment, abuse, or some other kind of perversion?

“According to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont, a grand jury in that state indicted John Griffin, 44, on ‘three counts of using a facility of interstate commerce to attempt to entice minors to engage in unlawful sexual activity,’” the report said.

“Griffin’s time as a senior producer for CNN’s ‘New Day’ partially coincides with fired anchor Chris Cuomo’s tenure as anchor of the morning program before taking the helm of ‘Cuomo Primetime,’” Fox News revealed.

“The U.S. Attorney’s office outlined the disturbing allegations that led to the CNN staffer’s indictment, including allegedly using some online apps ‘to communicate with people purporting to be parents of minor daughters, conveying to them, among other ideas, that a ‘woman is a woman regardless of her age,’ and that women should be sexually subservient and inferior to men,’” the report noted.

“On these communication platforms, Griffin sought to persuade parents to allow him to train their daughters to be sexually submissive. In June of 2020, Griffin advised a mother of 9- and 13-year-old daughters that the mother’s responsibility was to see that her older daughter was ‘trained properly.’ Griffin later transferred over $3,000 to the mother for plane tickets so the mother and her 9-year-old daughter could fly from Nevada to Boston’s Logan airport. The mother and child flew to Boston in July of 2020, where Griffin picked them up in his Tesla and drove them to his Ludlow [Vermont] house. At the house, the daughter was directed to engage in, and did engage in, unlawful sexual activity,” BPR reported.

“The indictment also includes specific allegations that Griffin attempted to entice two other children over the internet to engage in sexual activity…” the report continued.

Sounds like a wonderful place to work, right?
