Harvard Professor Calls For Violence Against Freedom Convoy

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Peaceful protests are only allowed for radical leftists who loot stores, destroy personal property and kill people.

Any other kind of protest is forbidden, at least in the minds of these very same leftists.

These unhinged Americans are whining and complaining about the huge protests being carried out currently by massive numbers of truckers. The convoys are causing disruption to regular, everyday travel and commerce and that’s the whole point.

When BLM “protested” for months during 2020, no one on the left said one word about the massive and costly destruction being carried out on American cities. Small business owners sacrificed much, if not everything, and they aren’t even in any position to institute the radical changes BLM was demanding.

Now, when truckers are peacefully making the kind of noise and disruption that results in actual change, leftists are having a meltdown.

Harvard professor, CNN analyst and former Obama administration undersecretary of Homeland Security Juliette Kayyem is calling for the truckers to be met with violence and vandalism.

Kayyem has asserted that the Freedom Convoy protesters who have amassed on the bridge connecting Detroit, Michigan to Windsor, Ontario should be arrested and have their tires slashed and gas tanks emptied, while on the bridge. What a grand plan.

“The Ambassador Bridge link constitutes 28% of annual trade movement between US and Canada,” tweeted Kayyem. “Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks.”

You don’t need us to tell you just how epically stupid such a plan really is. What would be the logistics of emptying the gas tanks of these trucks on a bridge and then moving them from said bridge with slashed tires. This is the kind of brainchild only a Harvard professor could come up with.

Twitter users were quick to point out the complete idiocy of this plan.

The blockade, going on its fourth day, is meant to be disruptive. That’s the whole point. Until Americans, Canadians and all other free people of the world realize it is us who truly hold the power, our tyrannical governments will not relent.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has joined the calls for something to be done about the blockade. She’s urging Canadian authorities to reopen the bridge, according to the Epoch Times.

“The blockade is having a significant impact on Michigan’s working families who are just trying to do their jobs. Our communities and automotive, manufacturing, and agriculture businesses are feeling the effects. It’s hitting paychecks and production lines. That is unacceptable,” the Democratic governor said in a Thursday statement.

Remarkable how her statement could be read in regards to the Biden regime and it would be true yet she hasn’t had anything to say about the disruptions to our communities courtesy of the current administration.

“It is imperative that Canadian local, provincial, and national governments de-escalate this economic blockade,” she added, “They must take all necessary and appropriate steps to immediately and safely reopen traffic so we can continue growing our economy, supporting good-paying jobs, and lowering costs for families.”

Again, perhaps her suggestions would be more beneficial if they were addressed to Biden and his cohorts. Ironically, that is part of the message the truckers are trying to send to the Canadian and American governments.

Whitmer and Kayyem are completely tone deaf and out of touch with what real Americans actually feel and want.
