(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – America has been under the control of a tyrannical, authoritarian regime ever since the 2020 election was rigged and stolen. One of the hallmarks of an authoritarian regime is the jailing of political opposition.
The staged Jan. 6 event was proof that the Biden regime was willing to do just that.
Now, rumors are swirling that Biden is looking to see President Trump thrown in jail over his insistence that the 2020 election was stolen.
Biden has reportedly told close confidants that Trump is a threat to democracy and that he wants Attorney General Merrick Garland to prosecute him, according to two sources who spoke to The New York Times.
According to the sources, Biden has not asked the AG to pursue an indictment against Trump but is said to be privately frustrated over Garland’s inaction.
Biden would like “Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,” The Times reported.

Democrats are feeling the pressure of the fast-approaching midterm elections which, without any chicanery or foul play, they are expected to lose big time.
They know it’s only a matter of time before Republicans take back Congress and shut down Nancy Pelosi’s sham Jan. 6 Committee.
The Times published an article last week entitled, “Garland Faces Growing Pressure as Jan. 6 Investigation Widens” in which they continued pushing the fake narrative that Trump broke the law and should be prosecuted as the cause of the Capitol riot and that no one understands Garland’s lack of action.
The facts are really quite simple. President Trump did not incite the Jan. 6 incident and there is no evidence to prove otherwise. Plain and simple.
Garland knows this and doesn’t want to get caught up in the crosshairs. When Republicans take back control, he knows they will come for him if he dares take wrongful action against Trump based on charges he knows are false.
An August Reuters report explained that according to four current and former law enforcement officials, the FBI had “found scant evidence,” that the Jan. 6 Capitol incident was caused by a coordinated group of Trump supporters whose mission was to violently overthrow the United States government.
These sources “have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on” the FBI’s investigation, according to the report.
Of course there has been scant evidence. The evidence doesn’t exist because the left’s narrative is completely and totally made up.
The Jan. 6 incident was an orchestrated event put on by none other than the Deep State FBI itself. The intended purpose was to demonize and criminalize Trump supporters. The riot was meant to provide justification for the future prosecution of conservative Americans and politicians.
The FBI, the establishment media and Democrats in Congress all worked together (otherwise known as “collusion”) to ensure the American people would believe that Trump supporters attempted to overthrow the US government with a so-called “insurrection” on Jan. 6.
They’ve pulled out all the stops in pushing this absurd narrative even attributing the deaths of numerous Capitol police officers to the incident.
I imagine Garland is leary to blindly do Biden’s bidding at this point. It seems every time he has tried, it has backfired on him. The most recent incident being the October memo in which he declared concerned parents speaking at school board meetings to be domestic terrorists.
The American people do not support this authoritarian, fraudulent regime and Garland knows it. If he attempts to go after Trump, he’s going to be in for a rude awakening.
