JUST IN: Trump’s Supreme Justices Have Bad News For Airman Refusing COVID Jab

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Unfortunately, despite being appointed by President Trump, Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett are just not quite as conservative as they’ve been purported to be.

The two justices joined the Court’s leftists in rejecting an emergency appeal from an Air Force Reserve officer who has been punished for his refusal to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

Lt. Col. Jonathan Dunn’s appeal was in the nation’s high court after the Air Force rejected his request for a religious exemption and subsequently removed him from command.

Dunn argued in his April 9 emergency appeal that he “acquired natural immunity to the disease” after contracting COVID-19 last summer. Additionally, he “has sincere religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine.”

The officer’s claims of immunity are backed by decades of science and more than 150 studies showing natural immunity acquired from contracting COVID is the same or better than the supposed protection offered by the vaccines.

The Court’s conservative stalwarts Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, along with Trump appointee Neil Gorsuch, said they would have granted the request to temporarily halt Dunn’s punishment until the case was resolved.

The Pentagon began requiring all service members be fully vaccinated last August and it has been an uphill battle for those who do not want to become lab rats for the federal government.

Last month, the Supreme Court ruled against 35 Navy SEALs who challenged the vaccine mandate with Justices Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch siding with the SEALs.

Alito wrote that the officers “appear to have been treated shabbily by the Navy, and the Court brushes all that aside.”

Meanwhile, Kavanaugh said he had a “simple overarching reason” for siding with the majority.

“Under Article II of the Constitution, the President of the United States, not any federal judge, is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces,” he wrote.

According to Kavanaugh, since the president of the United States is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces that grants the president the unchallengeable right to force members of the armed forces to violate their conscious, deeply held religious beliefs and their bodies. What kind of argument is that?

Absolutely disgraceful.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton took to Twitter to respond to the Supreme Court’s decision against Dunn, saying, “Justices Kavanaugh and Barrett have too often refused to step up to defend the civil rights of citizens being abused by vindictive and abusive vaccine mandates.”

It’s clear they’re either not interested in upholding the US constitution or they’ve been bought and paid for. The argument that service members must be compelled to inject a substance into their bodies under protest or risk losing their position simply because the president is the commander-in-chief and says so, is flimsy at best.

However, Kavanaugh and Barrett don’t seem interested in defending Americans’ rights to bodily autonomy where vaccines are concerned.

Last August, Barrett rejected a request for emergency relief from students to block a COVID vaccine mandate at Indiana University. Two months later, Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected an emergency request from a group of New York City teachers seeking to block NYC’s demands that teachers be vaccinated or lose their jobs.

The Supreme Court has turned its back on Americans.
