Rulers in the United Arab Emirates on Saturday unanimously appointed Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as the autocratic nation’s president, in stunning end times power play.
The headline story on Aljazeera this morning is an article asking ‘Who is Mohamed bin Zayed, the UAE’s new president?’, but longtime readers of NTEB already know exactly who he is, and exactly what he represents. Mohamed bin Zayed is the creator of the Abraham Accords with Jared Kushner, he is the hand-picked by Pope Francis leader of Chrislam in the Middle East, and everywhere you read anything about the coming One World Religion, Mohamed bin Zayed pops up. Now he is the unanimously-appointed supreme ruler of the UAE. There is no stopping the rise of who is now the most powerful man in the Middle East. Now, what was that about the Two State Solution? Oh yeah, man, that’s what’s coming.
“Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.” Habakkuk 1:5 (KJB)
You know that feeling that some people have when they wake up and read the sports page, and find that their team had a spectacular win in overtime the night before? That’s the feeling we have here at NTEB reading about the complete consolidation of power that Mohamed bin Zayed has pulled off in the Middle East. It’s a stunning win, not for out team, but for the opposing team, and that shows us proof-positive exactly where we are on the end times timeline.
Memo to Mohamed bin Zayed: it would be great if y’all could just get together this weekend with Emmanuel Macron and Pope Francis, and have your 2 Thessalonians 2:3 moment so that we who are saved can get on Flight #777 and get out of here. Take everything, we don’t need it or want it, thanks a lot, see you back here in 7 years.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan becomes UAE’s president
FROM AP NEWS: The ascension of Sheikh Mohammed, 61, had been expected after the death Friday of his half-brother and the UAE’s president, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, at the age of 73. The transition of power marks only the third time this U.S.-allied nation of seven sheikhdoms has selected a president since becoming an independent nation in 1971.
Under Sheikh Mohammed, who has been the nation’s de facto leader since Sheikh Khalifa suffered a stroke in 2014, the UAE had tried to project power militarily across the wider region as it joined a Saudi-led war in Yemen. Since the lockdowns of the coronavirus pandemic, Sheikh Mohammed and the wider UAE has tried to recalibrate its approach by largely pulling out of the war and seeking diplomatic detentes with rivals. The UAE also diplomatically recognized Israel, which shares Sheikh Mohammed’s longstanding suspicion of Iran. However, ties to the U.S. have strained in recent years.

The state-run WAM news agency described the vote at Al-Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi as unanimous among the rulers of the country’s hereditarily ruled sheikhdoms, which includes the skyscraper-studded city of Dubai.
“We congratulate him, and we pledge allegiance to him, and our people pledge allegiance to him,” Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, said on Twitter after the vote. “The whole country is led by him to take it on the paths of glory and honor, God willing.”
Known by the acronym MbZ, Sheikh Mohammed cultivated ties with the West that proved valuable for Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE that commands tens of billions of dollars in wealth funds from its oil and gas deposits. A U.S. diplomatic cable from 2004 released by WikiLeaks referred to him as “charismatic, savvy and very comfortable in the West.” He hosted then-President George W. Bush in 2008 at his desert estate, a visit complete with Bedouin tents and falcons. READ MORE

When you contribute to this fundraising effort, you are helping us to do what the Lord called us to do. The money you send in goes primarily to the overall daily operations of this site. When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. Even all the way to South Africa. We even restarted our weekly radio Bible study on Sunday nights again, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.
But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 15,860+ people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 150,000+ followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 15,900 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.
