We’re Sending 500 King James Bibles To The Rehabilitation Programs Division In Huntsville Texas As A ‘Test Shipment’ On A Much Larger Order

Please pray that the Lord will open up the entire state of Texas to our Bibles Behind Bars program, one Bible for every inmate.

As I sat down to write this article just now, a message popped up in my Telegram from the Bookstore that someone in Japan just ordered one of our free Ruckman Reference Bibles through the web site. Amen, that’s a blessing. Most of the free Bibles we send out individually are requested by people who listen to our online Bible Studies and Podcasts. Now juxtapose that with this article where we are sending 500 King James Bibles to Huntsville, Texas, on a request that just may see us sending one Bible for everyone of the 140,000 inmates currently incarcerated in the Texas prison system. One Bible, and 140,000 Bibles, yes sir, that’s the Lord getting something done right there.

The Bibles Behind Bars program was birthed last summer when the Lord opened a door for us to send 1,644 Bibles to the Port St. Lucie jail, something that at the time made me break out in a cold sweat just thinking if we could do such a thing. Well, we sure did because the Lord was doing it, and everything we needed came in right on time and in the proper amounts. Sending 140,000 Bibles for every prisoner in Texas is close to a hundred times more than St. Lucie. A hundred times! (mopping sweat from my brow). Is it even possible? It sure is.

Please pray for the 500 King James Bibles we’re sending to the Chaplaincy Program of the Rehabilitation Programs Division n Huntsville, Texas, that were requested by Deputy Director of Religious Services Chaplain CF Hazlewood. Pray for the soul in Japan who ordered their free study Bible earlier today, that that Book would bless them. And pray for the possibility of sending 140,000+ Bibles that would amount to one for every prisoner in Texas. We will keep you updated as that progresses. If the Lord has prospered you, please give generously so we can continue our climb toward handing out one million free King James Bibles.

When people ask for Bibles, we send them out at no charge. When people write in and say how much they would like gospel tracts but cannot afford them, we send them a box at no cost to them for either the tracts or the shipping, no matter where they are in the world. We have a Gospel Billboard program. We are now broadcasting Bible studies, Podcasts and a Sunday Service 5 times a week, thanks to your generous donations. All this is possible because YOU pray for us, YOU support us, and YOU give so we can continue growing.

But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. The Lord has given us an open door with a tremendous ‘course’ for us to fulfill that will create an excellent experience at the Judgement Seat of Christ.
