(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – First the left stole the 2020 election, then they went to work protecting the fraudulent regime by any means possible. The entire Jan. 6 Capitol riot was a staged event put on by the corrupt Deep State FBI for the sole purpose of criminalizing the left’s political rivals including President Trump himself.
Unfortunately, the ordeal has come at a heavy cost for hundreds of Trump supporters who essentially did nothing except walk through the Capitol building that day.
They have been literally hunted down, rounded up and imprisoned, and now many of them are looking at serious prison time, if convicted.
Make no mistake about it, this is political persecution in America and the left is warning all of us. They’re showing us what happens to people who attempt to take a stand against the fraudulent Biden regime.
Now labeled a “domestic terrorist,” 50-year-old chiropractor, Joseph Hackett (pictured here), has been sitting in a Washington DC federal prison since June and is facing up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted of the charges against him.

According to court documents, Hackett was inside the Capitol building for all of 10 minutes, with no weapon, but that 10 minutes was apparently enough to bring charges of conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, aiding and abetting, destruction of government property and illegally entering a restricted building.
There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that Hackett had some grand masterplan to overthrow the US government yet for walking through the Capitol rotunda on Jan. 6, Hackett is being treated like a terrorist.
In early May, the FBI left a business card on the door of Hackett’s office imploring him to provide them with information regarding his involvement in the Jan. 6 “siege.”
An attorney warned Hackett that if he responded without adequate legal representation it could result in entrapment so he never followed up with the FBI.
Three weeks later, however, the FBI came knocking again. This time they took Hackett into custody and had a search warrant for his home.
Hackett was hauled away, leaving his wife Deena and their 11-year-old daughter to fend for themselves.
Deena Hackett and their daughter are also victims of this political persecution. Joseph Hackett did nothing except enter and walk through the Capitol building on Jan. 6, a building funded by the taxpayers of the US. Now he’s been sitting in a cell for 23 hours a day and his wife lives in fear that he may never come home.
According to Deena, hiring a lawyer to fight the government’s case against her husband will cost approximately $250,000. On top of that she has been left alone to figure out how to pay their mortgage, the rent on their office and raise their daughter.
“It scares me with what’s going to happen to my husband. His court date is not going to be until next year. He is facing 20 years. If he gets convicted, we would be in our seventies before he got out of prison. I hope and pray that God will take care of this,” Deena told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “My daughter and I, we don’t have his income, we don’t have his protection, we don’t have him being with us.”
Hackett is likely facing more severe persecution than others who entered into the Capitol building Jan. 6 because of his association with the patriotic group, the Oath Keepers.
Naturally, Democrats have labeled the Oath Keepers a domestic terrorist group but the reality is, the Biden regime are the domestic terrorists and the Oath Keepers have taken an oath to “defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.”
Hackett joined the group after George Floyd rioters looted a jewelry store near their home. According to his wife, “Joe decided he was going to protect us with Oath Keepers and formed a neighborhood watch.”
Now his association with the group has made him a political target.
Hackett and the other victims of the Jan. 6 “riot” need our support and, for their sakes, we cannot stop fighting against the stolen election and the fraudulent Biden administration.
